Claims (6)
- 산성 분위기하에서 실리카 용액을 가수분해하는 단계와,상기 가수분해된 실리카 용액에 염기성 촉매를 투입하여 염기성 분위기하에서 축합반응하는 단계와,상기 축합반응단계에서 생성된 졸(sol)을 소정 시간 동안 숙성시켜 알코젤(alcogel)을 얻는 단계와,상기 얻어진 알코젤에 크로린네이티드 솔벤트(Chlorinated solvent) 용매와 소수화 처리제를 혼합하여 소수화하는 단계와,상기 소수화된 알코젤을 건조하여 에어로젤 분말로 합성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로젤의 제조방법
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 크로린네이티드 솔벤트(Chlorinated solvent) 용매는 Methylene chloride, Chloroform, Carbon tetrachloride, 1, 2-Dichloroethane, 1, L, 1-Trichloroethane, Trichloroethylene, Perchloroethylene, Monochlorobenzene 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로젤의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 소수화 처리제는 오가노실란(organosilane)인 것을 특징으로 하는 에어 로젤의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 소수화 단계는 상온, 상압에서 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로젤의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 소수화 단계는 상기 알코젤을 소수화한 후 침강되는 용매 또는 소수화 처리제를 하부에 마련된 배관설비를 이용하여 회수하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로젤의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 소수화 단계에서 상기 크로린네이티드 솔벤트(Chlorinated solvent) 용매와 상기 소수화 처리제를 미리 혼합하여 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에어로젤의 제조방법.
