Claims (7)
- 한 쪽의 케이스가 고정된 개폐축부와,다른 쪽의 케이스가 고정된 회전축부와,상기 개폐축부와 상기 회전축부를 교차하는 방향으로 하여, 각각 회전동작이 자유롭도록 지지하는 기본 프레임과,상기 개폐축부의 단부에 배치된 회전동작범위 제한용의 두부와,상기 회전축부의 단부에, 회전동작범위 제한용의 두부를 바라보도록 배치되는 회전동작범위 제한용의 변형 두부를 포함하고,상기 회전동작범위 제한용의 변형 두부에는, 상기 회전축부가 특정의 위치까지 회전했을 때 상기 회전동작범위 제한용의 두부의 단면에 접촉하는 것에 의해 상기 회전축부의 회전을 제지하는 제한 구조부가 형성되고,상기 회전동작범위 제한용의 두부의 외주 측면에는, 상기 개폐축부가 특정의 위치까지 회전했을 때 상기 제한 구조부에 접촉하는 것에 의해서 상기 개폐축부의 회전을 제지하는 회전동작 허용부가 형성되며,상기 기본 프레임은 상기 회전동작범위 제한용의 두부의 단면과 상기 회전동작범위 제한용의 변형 두부의 단면이 소정의 각도를 이루어 서로 향하도록 지지하며,상기 회전동작범위 제한용의 두부의 단면과 회전동작범위 제한용의 변형 두부의 단면 각각의 외주측면이 접촉되도록 배치되고, 상기 단면 중심부들은 서로 비접촉식으로 이격되게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전규제기능 부착 2축 힌지 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기본 프레임은, 전체가 역U자형으로 절곡된 앵글 부재이며, 상기 개폐축부는 상기 앵글 부재가 절곡된 부분에, 상기 회전축부는 상기 앵글 부재의 직선 부분에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전규제기능 부착 2축 힌지 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 앵글 부재의 양단의 절곡부에 각각 설치한 개폐축용의 축 구멍과,상기 앵글 부재의 한 쪽의 상기 개폐축용의 축 구멍에 장착되고 하니스를 통과시키는 투공을 갖는 보조 개폐축부재,상기 앵글 부재의 직선 부분에 장착되어 상기 하니스를 통과시키는 투공을 갖는 회전축부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전규제기능 부착 2축 힌지 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 회전동작범위 제한용의 변형 두부의 제한 구조부에 접촉해서 상기 회전축부의 회전 범위를 제한하도록, 상기 기본 프레임에 회전 스토퍼를 장착한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전규제기능 부착 2축 힌지 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 개폐축부의 상기 회전동작범위 제한용의 두부의 부분을 중실의 구조로서 강도를 높인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전규제기능 부착 2축 힌지 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 개폐축부의 상기 회전동작 범위 제한용의 두부의 부분을 중실의 구조로서 강도를 높인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전규체기능 부착 2축 힌지 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 기본 프레임에서의 상기 개폐축부를 지지하는 상기 개폐축용의 축 구멍을 설치한 쪽의 앵글부의 내측에 첨가되도록, 상기 개폐축부를 지지하는 부분에 블록 형상의 보강 구조부를 일체로 형성한 개폐축 홀더를, 상기 기본 프레임에 체결해서 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 회전규제기능 부착 2축 힌지 장치.
