- 이식된 센서 시스템에 있어서,내부 장치부 및 외부 장치부를 포함하되,상기 내부 장치부는,제1 코일,상기 제1 코일에 연결된 전압 조절기,상기 제1 코일 및 상기 전압 조절기에 연결된 부하, 및상기 전압 조절기 및 상기 부하에 연결되어, 센서 측정 정보에 기초하여 상기 부하를 변화시키는 센서 회로를 포함하고,상기 외부 장치부는,제2 코일,상기 제2 코일과 연결되어, 상기 제2 코일이 상기 제1 코일에 유도 결합되는 경우 상기 제1 코일에 충전 전류를 유도하는 오실레이터, 및상기 제2 코일에 연결되어, 상기 제2 코일이 상기 제1 코일에 유도 결합되는 경우 상기 부하에서의 변화를 감지하는 감지기를 포함하고,상기 센서 회로는,피분석물의 존재나 농도를 감지하는 신호 채널 감지기;상기 피분석물에 반응하지 아니하는 기준 채널 감지기; 및상기 부하에 연결되어, 상기 신호 채널 감지기 및 상기 기준 채널 감지기에 의해 제공된 상기 센서 측정 정보에 기초하여 변화하는 출력 전압 레벨을 갖는 비교기를 포함하고,상기 비교기는,상기 비교기가 복수의 소정 전압 레벨들로 트리거되도록 설정하는 복수의 저항들에 의해 바이어스되며,상기 복수의 소정 전압 레벨들은,제1 소정 전압 레벨 및 제2 소정 전압 레벨을 포함하고,상기 제1 소정 전압 레벨은 상기 부하를 낮은 값으로 변화시키는 낮은 비교기 출력 전압 레벨이고, 상기 제2 소정 전압 레벨은 상기 부하를 높은 값으로 변화시키는 높은 비교기 출력 전압 레벨이며,상기 낮은 값은 상기 높은 값 보다 상대적으로 낮은 값을 가리키며, 상기 높은 값은 상기 낮은 값 보다 상대적으로 높은 값을 가리키는, 이식된 센서 시스템.
- 외부 장치부에 의해 제공되는 에너지를 흡수하는 코일, 및상기 코일에 연결되고 제1 광감지기 및 제2 광감지기를 포함하는 광전자 회로를 포함하고,상기 광전자 회로는 상기 제1 광감지기 상의 입사광과 상기 제2 광감지기 상의 입사광 사이의 변화를 나타내는 듀티 사이클(duty cycle)을 갖는 신호를 생성함으로써 정보를 상기 외부 장치부에 통신하고,상기 광전자 회로는 내부 장치부에 의해 흡수된 에너지의 양이 상기 신호의 함수가 되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내부 장치부.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 광감지기는 백-투-백 방식으로 배열되는, 내부 장치부.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 광전자 회로는 상기 제1 및 제2 광감지기들 중 어느 하나의 단부에 연결된 입력단을 갖는 비교기를 더 포함하는, 내부 장치부.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 광감지기는 백-투-백 방식으로 배열되는, 내부 장치부.
- 제5항에 있어서, 저항이 상기 비교기의 출력단과 상기 코일의 단부 사이에 전기적으로 연결되는, 내부 장치부.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 저항은 상기 신호에 기초하여 상기 코일을 포함하는 회로로 스위칭되고 상기 코일을 포함하는 회로로부터 스위칭되는 부하로서 기능하는, 내부 장치부.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 광전자 회로는:상기 비교기의 출력단에 연결되는 제1 단부 및 제2 단부를 가지는 제1 바이어스 저항;상기 제1 바이어스 저항의 상기 제2 단부에 연결되는 제1 단부 및 제2 단부를 가지는 제2 바이어스 저항;상기 제1 바이어스 저항의 상기 제2 단부에 연결되는 제1 단부 및 제2 단부를 가지는 제3 바이어스 저항; 및상기 비교기의 입력에 연결되는 제1 단부 및 상기 제2 바이어스 저항의 제2 단부에 연결되는 제2 단부를 가지는 커패시터를 포함하는, 내부 장치부.
- 제3항에 있어서, 피분석물의 레벨에 비례하여 복사를 방출하는 지시자 소자를 더 포함하는, 내부 장치부.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 지시자 소자에 방사하는 복사 소스를 더 포함하는, 내부 장치부.
- 제3항의 내부 장치부 및 상기 내부 장치부에 에너지를 제공하는 외부 장치부를 포함하는 센서 시스템.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 외부 장치부는:상기 제1 코일과 상호 유도 결합된 제2 코일과, 상기 제2 코일을 구동시켜 상기 제1 코일에 충전 전류를 유도하는 오실레이터와, 상기 내부 장치부에 의해 흡수된 에너지에서의 변화들을 감지하고 상기 에너지 흡수 변화들에 대응하는 정보 신호들을 제공하기 위한 감지부를 포함하는, 센서 시스템.
