Description
Claims (11)
- 내연 기관을 위한, 균형 잡힌 계측 서보 밸브를 구비한 연료 분사기(1)에서, 상기 서보 밸브(5)는 축방향 캐비티(6)를 따라 이동하는 분사 제어 로드(10)를 제어하며, 상기 서보 밸브(5)는 연료를 위한 조정되어진 유입구(29)에 연결된 제어 챔버(26) 및 축방향 스템(38)에 의해 운반되는 배출 채널(42)과 연통하는 유출구 통로(42a)를 포함하는 밸브 본체(7)와, 상기 스템(38)을 따라 이동하고 전기 액튜에이터(15)의 아마튜어에 의해 제어되는 슬리브(41)에 대하여 고정되는 셔터(47)를 포함하며, 상기 채널(42)은 상기 스템(38)의 측방 표면(39)을 통하여 연장되는 적어도 하나의 실질적으로 반경방향의 세그먼트(44)를 포함하며, 상기 슬리브(41)는 상기 스템(38)에 유체가 누설되지 않는 방식으로 일반적으로 연결되어 상기 제어 로드(10)의 축방향 이동을 제어하기 위하여 상기 세그먼트(44)의 개방 위치와 폐쇄 위치 사이에서 축방향으로 슬라이딩하게 되는, 연료 분사기에 있어서,상기 아마튜어(17)는 상기 슬리브(41)로부터 분리되어 있으며, 탄성 수단(23)에 의해 상기 폐쇄 위치에서 상기 슬리브(41)를 유지할 수 있게 되며, 상기 전기 액튜에이터(15)는 상기 탄성 수단(23)의 작용을 극복하도록 상기 아마튜어(17)를 제어할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 분사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스템(38)은 플랜지(33)에 대하여 고정되며, 상기 셔터는 상기 슬리브(41)의 단부(47)에 의해 형성되며 상기 플랜지(33)와 상기 스템(38) 사이의 절두 원뿔형 연결부에 연결되는 날카로운 모서리(45)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 분사기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 반경방향 세그먼트(44)는 상기 스템(38)의 그루브에 의해 형성된 환상형 챔버(46)로 연장되며, 상기 환상형 챔버(46)내의 연료 압력은 상기 슬리브(41)가 상기 아마튜어(17)에 접촉되어 유지되게 하는 축방향 요소를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 분사기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 반경방향 세그먼트는 상기 스템(38)의 그루브에 의해 형성된 환상형 챔버(46)로 연장되며, 상기 슬리브가 상기 아마튜어(17)에 접촉되어 유지되게 하는 유지 수단이 상기 탄성 수단(23)에 추가로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 분사기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 슬리브가 상기 아마튜어에 접촉되어 유지되게 하는 상기 유지 수단은 상기 탄성 수단(23)의 작용이 전달되는 탄성 요소(51)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 분사기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어 챔버(26)는 상기 밸브 본체(7)의 저부 벽(27)에 의해 형성되며, 상기 유출구 통로(42a)는 상기 저부 벽(27)에 의해 운반되며, 조정되어진 부분(53: calibrated portion)이 제공되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 분사기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 밸브 본체(7)의 상기 저부 벽(27)에는 상기 유출구 통로(42a)를 지지하는 부싱(54)을 수용하는 시트(55)가 제공되며, 상기 제어 챔버(26)는 상기 부싱(54)의 횡방향 표면에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 분사기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 밸브 본체(7)는 상기 플랜지(33)와 일체로 형성되며, 상기 채널(42)은 상기 플랜지(33)을 통하여 연장되며, 상기 밸브 본체(7)는 쓰레드된 링(36)을 통하여 분사기 본체(2)의 캐비티(6)에서 밀봉되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 분사기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 아마튜어(17)는 자성 재료로 형성되며, 상기 슬리브(18)는 극히 정밀하게 가공되도록 경질의 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 분사기.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 재료는 높은 마모 및 피로 저항성을 가하기 위한 열처리에 적합한 것 을 특징으로 하는, 연료 분사기.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 슬리브(41)의 내측 표면(40)은 1마이크론 근방의 공차로 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 연료 분사기.
