Abstract
Description
다시 말하자면, 제2피스톤(22)이 후퇴하면 제2피스톤(22)의 전단에서 길이연장되어 있는 보조밸브(20)가 주밸브(10)로부터 떨어지게 된다. 이때, 주밸브(10) 중심에 보조밸브(20)를 수용했던 구멍을 통해 실링수가 펌프로 공급될 수 있다. 솔레노이드(21)에 전원이 차단되면, 제2피스톤(22)과 전원부(24) 사이에 전자력이 제거된다. 제2피스톤(22)이 원위치로 복귀되면서 제2피스톤(22)의 전진이동으로 보조밸브(20)를 주밸브(10)로 이동시켜 차단막(30)을 완전히 차단시킬 수 있다.
Claims (4)
- 펌프의 실링수를 공급하기 위한 밸브에 있어서,수압배관(101)과 정수배관(102) 사이에 위치되고, 상기 정수배관(102)을 지나 왕복이동하는 제1피스톤(12)과 상기 제1피스톤(12) 둘레에 배치된 제1스프링(13) 및 상기 제1피스톤(12)의 전단에 부착된 주밸브(10)를 구비하는 실린더(11)와;상기 정수배관(102)을 중심으로 상기 실린더(11)와 서로 마주보게 배열되어 있고, 상기 정수배관(102)을 지나 왕복이동하는 제2피스톤(22)과, 상기 제2피스톤(22) 둘레에 배치된 제2스프링(23), 상기 제2피스톤(22) 후단에 배치되어 전자기 유도하는 전원부(24) 및, 상기 제2피스톤(22)의 전단에 부착된 보조밸브(20)를 구비한 솔레노이드(21) 및;그 중심에 천공부(31)를 갖추고 정수배관(102) 내부를 가로질러 배열된 차단막(30);으로 이루어지며,상기 차단막의 천공부(31) 상으로 상기 주밸브(10)와 보조밸브(20)가 분리가능하게 안착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프의 실링수 공급밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2피스톤(22)과 전원부(24)에 전원공급을 통해 발생된 전자력을 매개로 하여 상기 제2피스톤(22)이 왕복이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프의 실링수 공급밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천공부(31)는 안쪽으로 테이퍼진 형태로 되어 주밸 브(10)와 보조밸브(20)를 차단막(30) 아래로 빠지지 않도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프의 실링수 공급밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 주밸브(10)는 마름모꼴의 단면형상으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 펌프의 실링수 공급밸브.
