Description
Claims (8)
- 베이스 기판의 화소영역에 제 1 전극들을 매트릭스 형태로 형성하는 제 1 단계;상기 제 1 전극들의 사이에 격리 부재를 형성하는 제 2 단계;상기 베이스 기판 상에서 일정 간격을 갖도록 상기 제 1 전극들 상에 유기 발광물질을 적하 하여 제 1 유기발광층을 형성하는 제 3 단계;상기 제 1 유기 발광층의 사이에 배치되도록 상기 제 1 전극들 상에 상기 유기 발광물질을 적하 하여 제 2 유기발광층을 형성하는 제 4 단계;상기 제 1 전극들 상에 상기 유기 발광물질을 모두 적하 하기 위해 상기 제 3 단계 및 제 4 단계를 반복하여 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 및 제 2 유기발광층의 상면에 제 2 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 유기발광층은 상기 제 1 전극들의 열(column) 방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 유기발광층은 상기 제 1 전극이 이루는 열(column)을 기준으로 2 ∼ 30 번째 열마다 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 유기발광층은 상기 베이스 기판에 상호 동일한 간격으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 기판의 화소영역을 감싸는 주변영역에는 더미 유기발광층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 유기발광층을 형성하는 단계는 상기 전극의 상면에 정공 주입층을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 정공 주입층의 상면에 발광층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 발광층은 레드 발광층, 그린 발광층 및 블루 발광층으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 유기 발광층은 랜덤하게 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자의 제조 방법.
