Claims (7)
- 엔진과 제1모터제너레이터 및 출력축이 각각 별도의 요소에 연결되는 3요소의 제1유성기어장치와;상기 제1유성기어장치의 출력축이 연결되는 요소에 직결되는 한 요소를 구비하고, 상기 제1모터제너레이터에 단속적으로 연결 가능함과 동시에 고정상태가 전환될 수 있도록 된 다른 한 요소를 포함하는 3요소의 제2유성기어장치와;상기 제2유성기어장치와 2개의 요소가 각각 직결되고, 나머지 한 요소가 제2모터제너레이터에 연결되는 3요소의 제3유성기어장치와;상기 제2유성기어장치와 제3유성기어장치의 요소들 중, 다른 유성기어장치를 통하여 출력축에 연결되는 요소들과, 상기 제1모터제너레이터 또는 제2모터제너레이터에 적어도 단속적으로나마 연결될 수 있는 요소들 이외의 요소들을 고정시킬 수 있도록 설치된 제1브레이크와;상기 제2유성기어장치의 요소들 중 상기 출력축으로 연결되는 요소와 상기 제1브레이크로 연결되는 요소 이외의 요소를, 상기 제1모터제너레이터에 단속적으로 연결 가능하도록 설치된 클러치와;상기 클러치가 연결되는 제2유성기어장치의 요소를 고정시킬 수 있도록 설치된 제2브레이크;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 출력축은 상기 제1유성기어장치와 제2유성기어장치 및 제3유성기어장치의 각 하나씩의 요소들과 차례로 연결되고;상기 제1브레이크는 상기 제3유성기어장치의 요소를 고정시킴으로써, 상기 제3유성기어장치의 요소에 직결된 제2유성기어장치의 요소를 함께 고정시킬 수 있도록 설치되며;상기 클러치는 상기 제2유성기어장치의 요소를 상기 제1모터제너레이터 및 상기 제1유성기어장치의 한 요소에 동시에 연결 및 차단하도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제1유성기어장치는 싱글피니언형 유성기어장치이고, 제1선기어는 상기 제1모터제너레이터에 연결되며, 제1캐리어는 상기 엔진에 연결되고, 제1링기어는 상기 출력축에 연결되며;상기 제2유성기어장치는 더블피니언형 유성기어장치이고, 제2선기어는 상기 클러치를 통해 상기 제1선기어에 연결됨과 아울러 상기 제2브레이크에 연결되고, 제2캐리어는 상기 제1링기어를 통하여 상기 출력축에 연결되며, 제2링기어는 제3유성기어장치를 통하여 상기 제1브레이크에 연결되고;상기 제3유성기어장치는 싱글피니언형 유성기어장치이고, 제3선기어는 상기 제2모터제너레이터에 연결되며, 제3캐리어는 상기 제2유성기어장치 및 제1유성기어 장치를 통하여 상기 출력축에 연결되고, 제3링기어는 상기 제1브레이크에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 유성기어장치들은 상기 제1유성기어장치와 제2유성기어장치 및 제3유성기어장치의 순서로 서로 동심축을 이루어 나란히 배치되고;상기 엔진은 상기 제1유성기어장치 쪽으로 연결되며;상기 출력축은 상기 제1유성기어장치와 제2유성기어장치를 차례로 통하여 상기 제3유성기어장치로 연결되고;상기 제2모터제너레이터는 상기 제3유성기어장치 쪽으로 연결되며;상기 제1모터제너레이터는 상기 제3유성기어장치 쪽으로부터 상기 제2유성기어장치 및 제1유성기어장치로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1유성기어장치는, 레버해석도상에서, 상기 제1모터제너레이터에 연결된 요소와 상기 엔진에 연결된 요소 및 상기 출력축에 연결된 요소의 순서로 제1직선상에 배치되고;상기 제2유성기어장치는, 레버해석도상에서 상기 제1직선에 적어도 한 점에 서 만나는 제2직선상에 배치되고, 상기 출력축에 연결된 요소와 상기 제3유성기어장치에 직결된 요소 및 클러치를 통해 상기 제1모터제너레이터 및 제1유성기어장치에 연결되는 요소의 순서로 배치되며;상기 제3유성기어장치는, 레버해석도상에서, 상기 제2모터제너레이터에 연결된 요소와 상기 출력축에 연결된 요소 및 상기 제2유성기어장치에 직결된 요소의 순서로 상기 제2직선상에 배치되어, 상기 클러치가 체결되면 상기 제1직선과 제2직선은 함께 연동하는 단일 직선을 이루도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 제2직선상에는, 상기 유성기어장치들의 요소들이, 상기 제2모터제너레이터에 연결되는 상기 제3유성기어장치의 요소와, 서로 직결되어 상기 출력축에 연결되는 제2유성기어장치 및 제3유성기어장치의 요소들과, 서로 직결되어 상기 제1브레이크에 연결되는 요소들과, 그리고 상기 클러치를 통해 상기 제1모터제너레이터 및 제1유성기어장치에 연결되는 제2유성기어장치의 요소의 순서로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 클러치가 체결되어 상기 제1직선과 제2직선이 이루는 단일 직선상에는, 상기 엔진에 연결되는 제1유성기어장치의 요소가, 두 쌍의 서로 직결 된 제2유성기어장치 및 제3유성기어장치의 요소들 사이에 위치된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인.
