Abstract
Description
여기서, 상기 ‘각각의 두 요소가 서로 직결되고, 제1모터제너레이터(1)와 엔진(3)이 연결되며, 각각 3요소로 이루어진 제2유성기어장치(5) 및 제3유성기어장치(7)’라는 것은, 상기 제2유성기어장치(5)의 두 요소인 제2선기어(SG2)와 제2캐리어(CR2)가 상기 제3유성기어장치(7)의 두 요소인 제3선기어(SG3)와 제3캐리어(CR3)에 각각 서로 직결되고, 상기 제3선기어(SG3)에 상기 제1모터제너레이터(MG1)가 연결되어 결국 상기 제3선기어(SG3)에 직결된 제2선기어(SG2)에도 제1모터제너레이터(MG1)가 연결된 상태가 되며, 상기 제2캐리어(CR2)에 엔진(3)이 연결되어 결국 상기 제2캐리어(CR2)에 직결된 제3캐리어(CR3)에도 상기 엔진(3)이 연결된 상태가 된다는 것이다.
상기 ‘출력축(11)과 제2모터제너레이터(15)가 각각 별도의 요소에 연결되고, 상기 제2유성기어장치(5) 및 제3유성기어장치(7)에서 상기 제1모터제너레이터(1)와 엔진(3)에 연결되는 요소 이외의 요소들 중 어느 하나와는 직결되는 요소와, 나머지 하나와는 단속적으로 연결 가능하게 된 요소를 포함하는 3요소로 이루어진 제1유성기어장치(13)’라는 것은, 상기 출력축(11)과 제2모터제너레이터(MG2)가 각각 제1캐리어(CR1)와 제1선기어(SG1)에 연결되고, 상기 제2유성기어장치(5) 및 제3유성기어장치(7)에서 상기 제1모터제너레이터(1)와 엔진(3)에 연결되는 요소(제2선기어, 제2캐리어, 제3선기어, 제3캐리어) 이외의 요소(제2링기어, 제3링기어)들 중 어느 하나(본 실시예에서는 제2링기어)에 상기 제1캐리어(CR1)가 직결되고, 나머지 하나(본 실시예에서는 당연히 제3링기어)와는 상기 제1클러치(9)를 통해 단속적으로 연결 가능하게 된 제1링기어(RG1)를 포함하는 제1유성기어장치(13)라는 의미이다.
또한, ‘상기 제1유성기어장치(13)에서 상기 출력축(11)과 제2모터제너레이터(15)에 연결되는 요소들 이외의 요소를 선택적으로 고정시키는 브레이크(17)’라는 것은, 상기 브레이크(17)가 상기 제1유성기어장치(13)에서 상기 출력축(11)과 제2모터제너레이터(15)에 연결되는 요소(제1캐리어와 제1선기어)들 이외의 요소인 제1링기어(RG1)를 선택적으로 고정시키도록 설치되어 있다는 것이다.
또한, ‘상기 브레이크(17)가 연결되는 상기 제1유성기어장치(13)의 요소를, 상기 제2유성기어장치(5) 및 제3유성기어장치(7)에서 상기 제1모터제너레이터(1)와 엔진(3)에 연결되는 요소 이외의 요소들 중 어느 하나에 단속적으로 연결하는 클러치(9)’라는 것은, 상기 브레이크(17)가 연결되는 상기 제1유성기어장치(13)의 요소(제1링기어)를, 상기 제2유성기어장치(5) 및 제3유성기어장치(7)에서 상기 제1모터제너레이터(1)와 엔진(3)에 연결되는 요소(제2선기어, 제2캐리어, 제3선기어, 제3캐리어) 이외의 요소(제2링기어, 제3링기어)들 중 어느 하나(본 실시예에서는 제3링기어)와 단속적으로 연결하도록 상기 클러치(9)가 설치되었다는 것이다.
이상을 종합하면, 도 1에 예시된 본 발명 실시예는 제1선기어(SG1)와, 제1캐리어(CR1) 및 제1링기어(RG1)를 구비한 제1유성기어장치(13)와; 제2선기어(SG2)와, 제2캐리어(CR2) 및 제2링기어(RG2)를 구비한 제2유성기어장치(5)와; 제3선기어(SG3)와, 제3캐리어(CR3) 및 제3링기어(RG3)를 구비한 제3유성기어장치(7)와; 상기 제3선기어(SG3)에 연결된 제1모터제너레이터(MG1)와; 상기 제1선기어(SG1)에 연결된 제2모터제너레이터(MG2)와; 상기 제2캐리어(CR2)에 연결된 엔진(3)과; 상기 제1캐리어(CR1)에 연결된 출력축(11)과; 상기 제1링기어(RG1)와 제3링기어(RG3) 사이를 단속적으로 연결하는 클러치(9)와; 상기 제1링기어(RG1)를 선택적으로 고정시키는 브레이크(17)를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 제2유성기어장치(5)의 두 요소인 제2선기어(SG2)와 제2캐리어(CR2)는 상기 제3유성기어장치(7)의 두 요소인 제3선기어(SG3)와 제3캐리어(CR3)에 각각 직결되고, 상기 제1캐리어(CR1)는 상기 제2링기어(RG2)에 직결된 구조인 것이다.
Claims (6)
- 제1선기어와, 제1캐리어 및 제1링기어를 구비한 제1유성기어장치와;제2선기어와, 제2캐리어 및 제2링기어를 구비한 제2유성기어장치와;제3선기어와, 제3캐리어 및 제3링기어를 구비한 제3유성기어장치와;상기 제3선기어에 연결된 제1모터제너레이터와;상기 제1선기어에 연결된 제2모터제너레이터와;상기 제2캐리어에 연결된 엔진과;상기 제1캐리어에 연결된 출력축과;상기 제1링기어와 제3링기어 사이를 단속적으로 연결하는 클러치와;상기 제1링기어를 선택적으로 고정시키는 브레이크;를 포함하여 구성되고,상기 제2유성기어장치의 두 요소인 제2선기어와 제2캐리어는 상기 제3유성기어장치의 두 요소인 제3선기어와 제3캐리어에 각각 직결되고;상기 제1캐리어는 상기 제2링기어에 직결된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1유성기어장치는 싱글피니언형 유성기어장치이고;상기 제2유성기어장치는 싱글피니언형 유성기어장치이며;상기 제3유성기어장치는 더블피니언형 유성기어장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인.

- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 유성기어장치들은 상기 제1유성기어장치와 제2유성기어장치 및 제3유성기어장치의 순서로 서로 동심축을 이루어 나란히 배치되고;상기 제1모터제너레이터는 상기 제3유성기어장치를 통해 상기 제2유성기어장치로 연결되고;상기 제2모터제너레이터는 상기 제1유성기어장치 쪽으로 연결되며;상기 엔진은 상기 제1유성기어장치와 제2유성기어장치 사이를 통하여 상기 제2유성기어장치를 통해 상기 제3유성기어장치로 연결되고;상기 출력축은 상기 제1유성기어장치를 통해 상기 제2유성기어장치로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 파워트레인.
