Abstract
상기의 방법으로 제조된 점질발효산물은 대두와 호박씨에 함유되어 있는 아르기닌(arginine)으로 인해 섭취 후 체내에서 일산화질소(NO)를 생성하여 질소균형 유지 및 체중조절뿐만 아니라, 혈관 이완을 도와 심혈관질환 및 고혈압을 예방할 수 있으며, 늙은 호박에 함유되어 있는 시트룰린(citrulline)으로 인해 이뇨작용 및 섭취 후 체내에서 일산화질소(NO)를 생성하여 혈관 이완을 도와 심혈관질환 및 고혈압을 예방할 수 있는 친환경 천연식품으로 이용할 수 있다.

- 삭제
- 대두에 늙은 호박, 호박씨 중 하나 이상을 추가하여 증숙한 후, 바실러스 균주를 접종하는 접종공정(제1공정);
상기 제1공정에서 접종된 대두 등을 발효하여 점질발효물을 분리하는 분리공정(제2공정);
상기 제2공정에서 발효된 점질발효물을 농축하는 농축공정(제3공정);
상기 제3공정에서 농축된 점질발효물을 동결하는 동결공정(제4공정);및
상기 제4공정에서 동결된 점질발효물을 건조하는 건조공정(제5공정)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 심혈관질환 및 고혈압 예방을 위한 점질발효산물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1공정의 접종공정에서 대두에 늙은 호박을 추가할 경우에 그 혼합비율은 대두 85~95중량%, 늙은 호박 5~15중량%로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 심혈관질환 및 고혈압 예방을 위한 점질발효산물의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 제1공정의 접종공정에서 대두에 호박씨를 추가할 경우에 그 혼합비율은 대두 95~98중량%, 호박씨 2~5중량%로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 심혈관질환 및 고혈압 예방을 위한 점질발효산물의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 제1공정의 접종공정에서 대두에 늙은 호박, 호박씨를 추가할 경우에 그 혼합비율은 대두 85~90중량%, 늙은 호박 5~15중량%, 호박씨 2~5중량%로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 심혈관질환 및 고혈압 예방을 위한 점질발효산물의 제조방법.
- 제2항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 바실러스(Bacillus) 균주는 바실러스 서브틸러스(Bacillus subtilis) 또는 바실러스 리케니포르미스(Bacillus licheniformis)인 것을 특징으로 하는 심혈관질환 및 고혈압 예방을 위한 점질발효산물의 제조방법.
