Claims (4)
- 압연기 사이로 진입되는 강판의 두께를 제어하는 강판 두께제어장치(AGC)를 이용한 강판 두께 제어방법에 있어서,압연하고자 하는 강판의 폭(W) 및 압하률(L) 등을 이용해 예측압하량(Fa)을 산출하는 단계;상기 예측압하량(Fa)의 크기에 따라 설정된 편차(c)를 산출하여, 상기 예측압하량(Fa)에 상기 편차(c)를 합산하여 상한 예측압하량(Fa+c)을 설정하고, 상기 예측압하량(Fa)에 상기 편차(c)를 감산하여 하한 예측압하량(Fa-c)을 설정하는 단계;실제 강판의 압하량을 측정한 측정압하량(Fm)이 상기 하한 예측압하량(Fa-c)보다 크고 상한 예측압하량(Fa+c)보다 작으면 상기 측정압하량을 기준(Lock on)압하량(Fo)으로 설정하는 단계;상기 측정압하량(Fm)이 상기 하한 예측압하량(Fa-c)보다 작거나 상한 예측압하량(Fa+c)보다 크면 상기 강판을 소정 길이만큼 진행시킨 지점의 측정압하량(Fm)을 기준(Lock on)압하량(Fo)으로 설정하는 단계; 및상기 설정된 기준(Lock on)압하량(Fo)과 상기 측정압하량(Fm)의 차에 비례하는 롤 갭 제어량을 계산하여 롤 갭을 제어하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 강판 두께 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예측압하량(Fa)은 Fa=R*T*W*L*N (Fa: 예측압하량[ton], R: 변형저항[Ton/mm], T: 학습계수, W: 날판폭[mm], L: 압하률, N: 압하력계수)에 의해 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판 두께 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 롤 갭 제어량(G)은 G=(Fo-Fm)/M(G: 롤 갭 제어량[ton], Fo: 기준압하량[ton], Fm: 측정압하량[ton], M: 밀 상수)에 의해 연산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판 두께 제어방법.
