Description
Claims (9)
- 진공 펌프(1)에 있어서, 챔버(2)를 획성(劃成)하는 케이싱을 구비하고, 상기 챔버(2)는 제1 유입부(3), 유출부(6), 상기 챔버 내에서 회전 가능한 로터(8) 및 상기 로터에 의하여 슬라이드 가능하게 지지되는 하나의 베인(10)을 구비하며, 상기 하나의 베인(10)은 상기 제1 유입부로부터 상기 챔버 내로 유체를 흡인하고, 이어서 상기 유체를 상기 유출부를 통해서 방출하도록 회전 가능하며, 상기 챔버에는 상기 하나의 베인(10)에 의해 상기 제1 유입부가 폐쇄된 후에만 유체가 상기 챔버 내로 흡인되어 상기 유출부를 통해서 배출되는 것을 허용하게 되어 있는 제2 유입부(4)가 마련됨으로써 상기 제1 유입부에서 흡인되는 유체와 상기 제2 유입부에서 흡인되는 유체가 중복되지 않게 상호 배타적으로 상기 챔버로 흡인될 수 있는 것인 진공 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유입부들(3, 4)에는, 상기 유입부들을 통한 유체의 유출을 방지하기 위한 역류 방지 수단(5, 14)이 마련되어 있는 것인 진공 펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유입부들은 공통 피드 라인으로부터 분기되어 있는 것인 진공 펌프.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 유입부(3)와 제2 유입부(4)를 연결하는 내부 덕트(11)를 구비하는 것인 진공 펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유입부들(3, 4)은 분리되어 있는 것인 진 공 펌프.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 베인(10)에는 별도의 베인 팁(20)이 마련되어 있으며, 상기 베인 팁은 상기 베인의 회전에 의하여 상기 챔버(2)의 벽과 접촉하게 되어 있는 것인 진공 펌프.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 베인 팁(20)에는 돌기(24)가 마련되어 있고, 상기 돌기의 상대적인 반경 방향 운동을 허용하도록, 상기 돌기는 베인의 대응하는 형상의 홈부(26) 내에 슬라이드 끼워맞춤으로 수용되는 것인 진공 펌프.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 베인(10)에는 돌기가 마련되어 있고, 상기 돌기의 상대적인 반경 방향 운동을 허용하도록, 상기 돌기는 베인 팁의 대응하는 형상의 홈부(26) 내에 슬라이드 끼워맞춤으로 수용되는 것인 진공 펌프.
