Claims (4)
- 방사 마킹을 가진 회전 디스크의 회전 각도를 검출하는 회전 각도 검출장치로서,상기 회전 디스크의 회전축의 반대측에 상기 마킹과 대향해 배치되고, 각각이 상기 마킹으로부터의 광 빔을 검출하며, 위상이 90도 다른 1쌍의 주기신호를 출력하는 복수의 검출기와,상기 복수의 검출기로부터의 복수 쌍의 주기신호를, 복수 쌍의 디지털 신호로 변환하는 아날로그 디지털 변환기와,상기 아날로그 디지털 변환기로부터의 상기 복수 쌍의 디지털 신호를 처리하는 디지털 신호 처리기와,상기 복수의 검출기로부터의 상기 복수 쌍의 주기신호를 2치화하는 2치화기와,상기 2치화기로 2치화된 상기 복수 쌍의 주기신호를 계수하는 계수기를 구비하고,상기 디지털 신호 처리기는, 상기 복수의 검출기로부터의 상기 복수 쌍의 주기신호에 대응하는 상기 복수 쌍의 디지털 신호를, 곱셈, 가산, 및 감산하는 것으로 평균화해서 얻은 1쌍의 디지털 값과, 상기 계수기로부터의 계수 결과의 합에 근거해, 상기 회전 디스크의 회전 각도를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 각도 검출장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디지털 신호 처리기는, 상기 1쌍의 디지털 값에 근거하여 상기 계수 결과의 합을 보정하고, 상기 1쌍의 디지털 값과 상기 보정된 계수 결과의 합에 근거하여 상기 회전 디스크의 회전 각도를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 각도 검출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디지털 신호 처리기는, 상기 주기신호의 1주기에서의 분할에 의하여, 상기 디지털 값의 상기 평균화된 주기신호의 1주기에서의 위치를 획득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전 각도 검출장치.
