Abstract
Description
Claims (26)
- 기반 구조 장비의 커버리지 영역을 벗어난 위치에 있는 단말이 상기 기반 구조 장비와 통신할 수 있게 하는 방법으로서,제 1 단말이 배치되어 있는 제 1 차량의 내부상태와 주변에 대한 적어도 하나의 조건을, 상기 제1 단말이 감시하는 단계와,상기 제1 단말이, 상기 조건에 기초하여 상기 조건과 관련된 메시지를 준비하는 단계와,기반 구조 장비의 커버리지의 부족이 상기 제1 단말에 의해 검출된 경우에, 상기 메시지를 다른 차량에 전송하도록 상기 제 1 단말을 제어하는 단계와,상기 제 2 차량 상에 배치된 제 2 단말에 상기 메시지를 저장하는 단계와,상기 제 2 단말이 상기 기반 구조 장비의 커버리지의 존재를 검출한 경우에, 상기 제 2 단말로부터 상기 기반 구조 장비로 상기 메시지를 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 통신 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조건은 상기 제 1 차량에 대한 지리적인 위치, 사고 상태, 속도, 유량 레벨 및 임의의 메시지 입력 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 통신 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 메시지는 상기 조건에 관한 정보를 포함하는 통신 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 단말은 상기 조건에 기초하여 상기 메시지의 착신지를 결정하도록 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 단말은 반복적으로 전송할 상기 메시지의 총 개수를 결정하도록 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 단말은 다수의 우선 순위 레벨 중 하나의 우선 순위를 상기 메시지에 할당하도록 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 단말은 상기 메시지를 도플러 효과 오프셋으로 전송하도록 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 단말은 축적 전송 프로토콜을 이용하여 상기 메시지를 수신하고 저장하도록 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 단말은 기반 구조 장비의 커버리지를 검출하도록 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 단말은, 상기 기반 구조 장비의 커버리지의 활용도 레벨이 다수의 우선 순위 레벨 중 특정 우선 순위 레벨의 메시지를 전송할 수 있는지를 결정하도록 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 방법.
- 기반 구조 장비와, 기반 구조 장비의 커버리지 영역을 벗어난 위치에 있는 단말 간의 무선 통신 시스템으로서,제 1 단말이 배치된 제 1 차량의 내부상태와 주변에 대한 적어도 하나의 조건을 감시하고, 상기 조건에 기초하여 상기 조건과 관련된 메시지를 준비하며, 기반 구조 장비의 커버리지 부족이 상기 제 1 단말에 의해 검출된 경우에 상기 조건에 기초한 상기 메시지를 다른 차량에 전송하도록 동작하는 제 1 단말과,제 2 차량에 배치되어 있으며, 상기 메시지를 수신하여 저장하도록 동작하는 제 2 단말로서, 상기 제 2 단말이 상기 기반 구조 장비의 존재를 검출한 경우에, 상기 제 2 단말로부터 상기 기반 구조 장비로 상기 메시지를 전송하도록 동작하는 제 2 단말을 포함하는 무선 통신 시스템.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 단말은상기 메시지를 전송하도록 동작하는 제 1 트랜시버와,상기 조건을 감시하고 상기 메시지를 상기 트랜시버에 전송하도록 동작하는 제 1 호스트 컴퓨터를 포함하는 무선 통신 시스템.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 조건은 상기 제 1 차량에 대한 지리적인 위치, 사고 상태, 속도, 유량 레벨 및 임의의 메시지 입력 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 무선 통신 시스템.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 메시지는 상기 조건에 관한 정보를 포함하는 무선 통신 시스템.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 단말은 상기 조건에 기초하여 상기 메시지의 착신지를 결정하도록 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 시스템.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 단말은, 반복적으로 전송할 상기 메시지의 총 개수를 결정하도록 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 시스템.

- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 단말은 축적 전송 프로토콜(store-and-forward protocols)을 이용하여 상기 메시지를 수신하고 저장하도록 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 시스템.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 단말은 기반 구조 장비의 커버리지를 검출하도록 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 시스템.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 단말은, 상기 기반 구조 장비의 커버리지의 활용도 레벨이 특정 우선 순위 레벨의 메시지를 전송할 수 있는지를 결정하도록 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신 시스템.
- 기반 구조 장비의 커버리지 영역을 벗어난 위치에서의 무선 통신용 단말로서,트랜시버와,상기 단말이 배치되어 있는 차량의 내부상태와 주변에 대한 적어도 하나의 조건을 감시하도록 동작하는 제어기로서, 상기 제어기가 상기 기반 구조 장비의 존재 부족을 검출한 경우에, 상기 조건에 기초하여 상기 조건에 관련된 정보를 포함하는 메시지를 다른 차량에 전송하도록 상기 트랜시버를 제어하는 상기 제어기를 포함하는 무선 통신용 단말.
- 제 25 항에 있어서, 상기 트랜시버는 다른 단말로부터의 다른 메시지를 수신하여 저장하도록 동작하고,상기 제어기는, 상기 제어기가 상기 기반 구조 장비의 존재를 검출한 경우에, 상기 저장된 메시지를 상기 기반 구조 장비에 전송하도록 상기 트랜시버를 제어하도록 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무선 통신용 단말.
