Claims (1)
- 고속 카운트 모듈에서 알피엠 값을 측정하는 방법에 있어서,카운터부에서 발생하는 연속 펄스 열을 카운트하는 단계와,주기타이머 0에 의해 발생되는 주기 타이머 1에 의해 상기 카운트된 값을 샘플링하기 위한 주기 타미어 1 내지 주기 타이머 N을 연속적으로 발생시키는 단계와;상기 발생된 주기 타이머 1 내지 주기 타이머 N의 시간 설정에 따라 알피엠값계산부에서 샘플링 단위 값을 측정하는 단계와;상기 측정된 샘플링 단위 값을 단위 환산하여 알피엠출력부에서 알피엠 값을 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속 카운트 모듈에서 알피엠 값을 측정하는 방법.
