- 인삼 또는 홍삼에 코디셉스 밀리타리스(Cordyceps militaris) SR-2(KCTC 11504BP)를 첨가하여 발효시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 발효인삼 또는 발효홍삼의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 코디셉스 밀리타리스(Cordyceps militaris) SR-2(KCTC 11504BP)는 동충하초(Cordyceps sinensis), 차가버섯(Inonotus obliquus), 흰목이버섯(Trenella fuciformis), 표고버섯(Lentinus edodes), 잎새버섯(Grifola frondosa), 상황버섯(Phellinus linteus) 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 버섯 균사체와 혼합하여 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발효인삼 또는 발효홍삼의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발효는 3~5일간 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발효인삼 또는 발효홍삼의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인삼 또는 홍삼은 분말 또는 추출액의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 발효인삼 또는 발효홍삼의 제조방법.

- 제 1항 또는 제 3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 발효인삼 또는 발효홍삼.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 발효인삼 또는 발효홍삼은 발효 전 인삼 또는 홍삼에 포함되어 있는 진 세노사이드 대사체(Rg3, Rg5, Rk1, 화합물 K, Rh1 및 Rg2) 총 함량에 대하여 1.8~2.5배의 진세노사이드 대사체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발효인삼 또는 발효홍삼.
- 제1항 또는 제 3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 발효인삼 또는 발효홍삼을 유효성분으로 포함하는 식품 조성물.
