Claims (3)
- 과산화수소수에 몰리브덴이 용해된 몰리브덴 에칭용액을 준비하는 단계;상기 몰리브덴 에칭용액에 CaO를 첨가하면서 교반하는 단계; 그리고상기 CaO 첨가에 의해 몰리브덴 에칭용액의 pH가 5~10이 될 때 CaO 첨가를 중단하고 CaO 첨가에 의해 생성된 침전물을 회수하는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰리브덴 에칭액으로부터 몰리브덴 화합물을 회수하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 CaO 첨가를 중단하는 시점의 pH는 6.5~8.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 몰리브덴 에칭액으로부터 몰리브덴 화합물을 회수하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 회수된 몰리브덴 화합물은 10~100㎛의 입도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰리브덴 에칭액으로부터 몰리브덴 화합물을 회수하는 방법.
