Claims (9)
- 사불화에틸렌(TFE) 50 ∼ 90 부피%, 육불화프로필렌(HFP) 5 ∼ 45 부피% 및 과불화탄소(PFC) 1 ∼ 5 부피%가 함유되어 이루어진 열분해 혼합가스를 증류하여, 증류탑 상부의 사불화에틸렌(TFE)과, 하부의 육불화프로필렌(HFP)와 불화탄소(PFC)의 혼합가스로 각각 분리하는 1단계 ;상기 하부로부터 분리한 혼합가스와, 산화제 수용액, 상전이 촉매, 비이온 계면활성제 및 유기용매를 혼합하고 초음파 유화 및 산화시켜, 산화제 수용액층과, 과불화탄소(PFC), 육불화프로필렌옥사이드(HFPO) 및 육불화프로필렌(HFP)가 함유된 유기층을 상분리하는 2단계 ; 및상기 유기층을 증류하여 유기용매를 제거한 후에 고분자 중합을 수행하여, 기상의 과불화탄소(PFC)와 육불화프로필렌(HFP), 및 액상의 육불화프로필렌옥사이드(HFPO) 올리고머로 각각 분리하는 3단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 육불화프로필렌옥사이드(HFPO) 올리고머의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열분해 혼합가스는 Freon-22 또는 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌(PTFE)의 고온 열분해 공정으로부터 배출되는 폐가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 과불화탄소(PFC)는 육불화프로필렌이 포함된 사불화에틸렌(C2F4), 옥타플루오르프로판(C3F8), 옥타플루오르싸이크로프로판(c-C3F6), 옥타플루오르부텐(C4F8) 및 옥타플루오로사이크로부텐(c-C4F8)인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 1단계 및 3단계에서 수행하는 증류는 15 ∼ 100 범위의 단수를 갖는 증류탑에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 유화는 0 ∼ 20 ℃ 에서 20 ∼ 100 KHz 진동수로 10 ∼ 30 분 동안 유화를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 2단계의 유기층은 수용액층 1 부피에 대하여 0.5 ∼ 3 부피비를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산화제는 유효염소농도가 5 ∼ 20 중량% 범위의 차아염소산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 중합은 -40 ∼ -20 ℃ 범위, 및 육불화프로필렌옥사이드(HFPO)에 대하여 0.1 ∼ 5 몰% 범위의 테트라글리메 또는 금속불화물 촉매하에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 육불화프로필렌옥사이드(HFPO) 올리고머는 분자량이 1000 ∼ 4000 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
