Claims (5)
- 수직소둔로의 상단 내벽 양측에 길이방향으로 배열설치된 한쌍의 가이드레일과, 상기 가이드레일의 양단에 간격을 두고 고정되며 구동모터로 회전구동되는 스프라켓과, 상기 스프라켓을 연결하는 체인과, 상기 체인의 일부에 고정되고 상기 가이드레일에 안착되는 이동카와, 상기 수직소둔로의 상단 내벽을 가로질러 설치되고 스플모터로 회전구동되는 스플과, 상기 스플에 감기고 상기 이동카를 관통하여 장력조절되게 배열된 밴드와, 상기 밴드의 하단에 고정된 중량물인 추를 포함하는 탑롤 크리닝장치에 있어서;상기 추의 하단 양측에는 스테인리스 스틸 스트립의 폭만큼 떨어져 고정되고 내부가 비어있는 한쌍의 흡입판이 서로 연통되도록 설치되고, 상기 한쌍의 흡입판중 어느 일측에는 흡입관이 연결되며, 상기 한쌍의 흡입판 각각의 비어있는 중앙부를 제외한 하단 양측 단부에는 브러쉬가 고정 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 수직소둔로의 탑롤 크리닝장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 수직소둔로의 상단 일측 내벽에는 상기 이동카의 움직임을 관찰하기 위 한 카메라가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 수직소둔로의 탑롤 크리닝장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 이동카에는 상기 밴드의 장력을 조절하는 한쌍의 디플렉터롤이 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 수직소둔로의 탑롤 크리닝장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 3에 있어서;상기 이동카에는 상기 밴드의 하단이 탑롤과 접촉하도록 밴드의 하강정도를 검출하고 제어하기 위한 감지센서가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 수직소둔로의 탑롤 크리닝장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 스플은 상기 수직소둔로의 내벽에 설치된 한쌍의 탑롤을 이등분하는 지점에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 수직소둔로의 탑롤 크리닝장치.
