Description
Claims (8)
- 고체전해질(12), 상기 고체전해질(12)의 양측에 각각 형성되는 기준전극(13) 및 감지전극(14), 상기 기준전극(13) 및 감지전극(14)과 각각 연결되어 연장되는 한 쌍의 기전력리드선(11)을 포함하여 구성되는 이산화탄소센서(10);상기 이산화탄소센서(10)의 일측에 구비되며 전압을 인가하는 한 쌍의 전압인가리드선(21)이 형성된 가열수단(20);상기 이산화탄소센서(10)에 근접하게 제1센서리드선(31)이 연장되며, 상기 이산화탄소센서(10)의 구동 온도를 측정하는 제1센서(30);상기 기전력리드선(11), 전압인가리드선(21), 및 제1센서리드선(31)에 의해 상기 이산화탄소센서(10), 가열수단(20), 및 제1센서(30)와 전기적으로 연결되는 전기회로기판(60); 및상기 제1센서리드선(31)과 전기회로기판(60)이 본딩된 접점에 근접하게 구비되며, 주변 온도를 측정하는 제2센서(50); 를 포함하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 보상 및 제어가 가능한 이산화탄소 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전기회로기판(60)은상기 제1센서(30) 및 제2센서(50)로부터 측정된 측정값을 비교하여 온도 오 차를 보정하고, 그 결과에 따라 상기 가열수단(20)의 구동온도 또는 가열시간을 조절하는 제어부(61)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 보상 및 제어가 가능한 이산화탄소 측정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1센서(30)는 접촉식 서모커플(Thermocouple)인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 보상 및 제어가 가능한 이산화탄소 측정장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1센서(30)로부터 측정된 기전력은 상기 제어부(61)로 전송되기 이전에 증폭 및 필터링되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 보상 및 제어가 가능한 이산화탄소 측정장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 제2센서(50)는 서미스터(Thermistor)인 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 보상 및 제어가 가능한 이산화탄소 측정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 가열수단(20)은 일측 면에 백금(Pt)이 스크린 프린팅된 일정 패턴이 형성된 기판을 이용하며, 상기 전압인가리드선(21)은 상기 패턴의 양 단부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 보상 및 제어가 가능한 이산화탄소 측정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 이산화탄소 측정장치(100)는 상기 이산화탄소센서(10), 가열수단(20), 및 제1센서(30)가 하우징(40)의 내부에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 보상 및 제어가 가능한 이산화탄소 측정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 이산화탄소 측정장치(100)는 상기 제2센서(50)가 외부로 노출되지 않도록 보호수단(70)이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 보상 및 제어가 가능한 이산화탄소 측정장치.
