Claims (8)
- 리튬과 화합물을 형성하는 금속 또는 금속 산화물 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 활물질 및 탄소계 활물질로 구성되는 금속-탄소 복합계 활물질 입자, 표면 적어도 일부에 수지 코팅을 가지는 흑연 입자, 상기 활물질 입자들 및 상기 흑연 입자들을 서로 결합 고정되도록 하는 결합재를 구비한 활물질층; 및상기 활물질층이 표면에 적층 형성되는 집전체;를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 흑연 입자를 이루는 흑연은 X선 회절법에 의한 d002 층간거리가 0.335 ± 0.01㎚ 이고, 평균 입경이 5 내지 40㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수지는 폴리비닐아세테이트(PVA), 폴리비닐부티랄(PVB), 폴리비닐클로라이드(PVC), 카르복실메틸셀룰로오스(CMC) 중 선택되는 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속-탄소 복합계 활물질은 Sn, Al, Si, SnO, SnO2, SiO2 중에서 선택되는 1 이상의 물질 및 탄소계 물질이 혼련되어 복합화된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 금속-탄소 복합계 활물질의 단독 방전 용량은 단위 그램당 450 내지 1000㎃h 인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 흑연 입자를 이루는 흑연은 인조 흑연 또는 천연 흑연인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 흑연 입자는 상기 활물질층 전체의 10 내지 70 중량%를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지용 음극.
- 음극, 세퍼레이터, 양극이 적층 형성된 전극 조립체, 상기 전극 조립체를 수용하도록 형성된 케이스를 포함하며.상기 전극조립체는 제1 항 내지 제 6항 가운데 하나의 항의 음극을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
