Claims (3)
- 배기 가스에 의해 회전 구동되는 터빈 임펠러와,상기 터빈 임펠러로 회전 구동되어 공기를 압축하는 컴프레서 임펠러와,상기 터빈 임펠러와 컴프레서 임펠러를 연결하는 샤프트와,상기 샤프트를 회전 가능하게 지지하는 베어링 하우징과,상기 터빈 임펠러를 내부에 수용하는 터빈 하우징과,상기 터빈 임펠러의 반경 방향 외측의 컴프레서 임펠러측에 설치되어 터빈 임펠러로 향하는 배기 가스 유량을 조정하는 가변 노즐 기구를 구비하고,상기 베어링 하우징은, 반경 방향 외측으로 연장되어 반경 방향 외측 부분에서 터빈 하우징과 결합하고, 터빈 하우징과의 사이에 가변 노즐 기구를 수용하는 확경부를 갖고,상기 확경부와 가변 노즐 기구 사이에는, 가변 노즐 기구와 확경부 간의 전열을 방지하는 열차단판이 설치되며,상기 열차단판은 상기 샤프트의 축방향에 대해 상기 가변 노즐 기구보다 상기 컴프레서 임펠러측에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 노즐 부착 터보차저.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열차단판은, 그 반경 방향 외측 단부가 터빈 하우징과 베어링 하우징 사이에 협지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열차단판은, 중앙에 개구부를 갖는 환상 부재이고,상기 베어링 하우징은, 상기 확경부로부터 터빈 하우징측으로 돌출하여, 상기 개구부에 감합하는 축경부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보차저.
