Claims (6)
- 모터 장치의 로우터에 배치되는 원통형상의 모터 장치용 영구자석에 있어서,상기 모터 장치용 영구자석은, 직경 방향으로 자화되어, 자화의 방향이 일치된 구분이 원주 방향으로 등간격으로 형성되어 있고,상기 모터 장치용 영구자석의 내경을 D, 직경 방향의 두께를 t, 상기 구분의 수를 N, 상기 모터 장치를 구동하는 교류 전류의 위상 수를 M으로 한 경우, 상기 D가 20[㎜] 이하이고, 상기 t가 t≤πD/(NM-π)가 되도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 장치용 영구자석.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모터 장치용 영구자석은 Sm-Co계의 자성 재료로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 장치용 영구자석.
- 전체 둘레에 걸쳐서 원통형상의 영구자석이 배치된 회전 대칭체와, 상기 회전 대칭체의 축선 상에 배치된 회전축을 구비한 로우터부와,상기 영구자석의 내주 또는 외주에, 상기 영구자석과 대향하여, 위상 수 M의 교류에 의해 여자 가능한 복수의 스테이터 코일이 배치된 스테이터부와,상기 회전축을 상기 스테이터부에, 상기 회전 대칭체와 상기 스테이터 코일이 동심이 되도록 회전 자유롭게 축지지하는 베어링부를 구비한 모터 장치에 있어서,상기 영구자석은, 직경 방향으로 자화되어, 자화의 방향이 일치된 구분이 원주 방향으로 등간격으로 형성되어 있고,상기 영구자석의 내경을 D, 직경 방향의 두께를 t, 상기 구분의 수를 N, 상기 모터를 구동하는 교류 전류의 위상 수를 M으로 한 경우, 상기 D가 20[㎜] 이하이고, 상기 t가 t≤πD/(NM-π)가 되도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 영구자석은 Sm-Co계의 자성 재료로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 장치.
- 모터 장치의 로우터에 배치되는 원통형상의 영구자석을, 직경 방향으로 자화되어, 자화의 방향이 일치된 구분이 원주 방향으로 등간격으로 형성되도록 착자하는 착자 방법으로서,상기 영구자석은, 상기 영구자석의 내경을 D, 직경 방향의 두께를 t, 극수를 N, 상기 모터 장치를 구동하는 교류 전류의 위상 수를 M으로 한 경우, 상기 D가 20[㎜] 이하이고, 상기 t가 t≤πD/(NM-π)가 되도록 구성되어 있고,상기 영구자석을 직경 방향의 일방향으로 착자하는 일방향 착자 단계와,상기 일방향 착자 단계에서 일방향으로 착자한 영구자석을, 직경 방향으로 등간격으로 자화의 방향이 반전하는 구분에 착자하는 극착자 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석의 착자 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 영구자석은 Sm-Co계의 자성 재료로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구 자석의 착자 방법.
