Claims (7)
- (a) 화학식AaVbNcXdOe(단, A는 Mo 및 W로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소 하나의 원소이며, N은 Te 및 Se로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소 하나의 원소이며, 그리고 X는 Nb, Ta, Ti, Al, Zr, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ru, Co, Rh, Ni, Pt, Bi, B, In, Ce, As, Ge, Sn, Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Fr, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ra, Hf, Pb, P, Pm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Au, Ag, Re, Pr, Zn, Ga, Pd, Ir, Nd, Y, Sm, Tb, Br, Cu, Sc, Cl, F 및 I로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소 하나의 원소이며,여기서 A, V, N 및 X는 A:V:N:X의 원자비가 a:b:c:d가 되는 양으로 존재하며, 그리고여기서 a=1인 경우, b=0.1-2, c=0.1-1, d=0.01-1이며 e는 다른 원소들의 산화 상태에 따라 달라짐.)을 갖는 혼합 금속 산화물을 제공하는 단계;(b) 상기 혼합 금속 산화물과 유기산, 알코올, 무기산 및 과산화수소로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 액상 접촉 멤버를 접촉시켜 접촉 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 접촉 혼합물로부터 불용성 물질을 회수하여 개선된 촉매를 획득하는 단계;를 포함하는 개선된 촉매 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 금속 산화물은 사방정계 상(orthorhombic phase)임을 특징으로 하는 개선된 촉매 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 액상 접촉 멤버는 옥살산 수용액임을 특징으로 하는 개선된 촉매 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 촉매의 존재하에서 알칸 또는 알칸과 알켄의 혼합물 및 암모니아를 증기상 촉매 산화 반응시킴을 포함하는 불포화 니트릴 제조방법.
- (a) 화학식AaVbNcXdOe(단, A는 Mo 및 W로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소 하나의 원소이며, N은 Te, Se 및 Sb로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소 하나의 원소이며, 그리고 X는 Nb, Ta, Ti, Al, Zr, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ru, Co, Rh, Ni, Pt, Bi, B, In, Ce, As, Ge, Sn, Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Fr, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ra, Hf, Ag, Pb, P, Pm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Au, Ag, Re, Pr, Zn, Ga, Pd, Ir, Nd, Y, Sm, Tb, Br, Cu, Sc, Cl, F 및 I로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소 하나의 원소이며,여기서 A, V, N 및 X는 A:V:N:X의 원자비가 a:b:c:d가 되는 양으로 존재하며, 그리고여기서 a=1인 경우, b=0.1-2, c=0.1-1, d=0.01-1이며 e는 다른 원소들의 산화 상태에 따라 달라짐.)을 갖는 혼합 금속 산화물을 제공하는 단계;(b) 상기 혼합 금속 산화물과 유기산, 알코올, 무기산 및 과산화수소로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 액상 접촉 멤버를 접촉시켜 접촉 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및(c) 상기 접촉 혼합물로부터 불용성 물질을 회수하여 촉매를 획득하는 단계;를 포함하는 방법으로 제조된 촉매의 존재하에 알칸 또는 알칸과 알켄의 혼합물을 증기상 촉매 산화 반응시킴을 포함하는 불포화 카르복실산 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 금속 산화물은 사방정계 상임을 특징으로 하는 불포화 카르복실산 제조방법.
