Claims (3)
- 현미에 수분을 첨가하여 배아를 발아시킨 발아현미를 스티밍에 의하여 쌀알표면의 부착수(付着水)를 제거하는 동시에, 쌀알표면을 연삭식 및 마찰식 정미기에 의하여 배아를 남기면서 도정(搗精)하여 발아배아미로 만들고, 다음으로 이 쌀알중량의 1∼10% 정도의 수분을 첨가하여 쌀알표면을 연화시키고, 이 쌀알과, 쌀알의 입도(粒度)보다 작은 일정한 입도로 조립(造粒)하여 60℃ 이상으로 가열한 입상물을 교반ㆍ혼합하고, 도정후의 쌀알표면에 잔존하는 쌀겨를 입상물에 흡착시켜 제거하고, 다시 이 쌀알과 입상물을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발아배아미의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,얻어진 발아배아미를 수분 12∼16% 로 습도조절하는 건조공정을 추가로 구비하여 이루어지는, 발아배아미의 제조방법.
- 배아를 발아시킨 현미의 쌀알표면을 그 배아를 남기면서 도정함으로써 얻은 발아배아미를 공급하는 공급통,공급된 상기 발아배아미에 수분을 첨가하여 쌀알표면을 연화시키는 습식가공부,상기 쌀알표면이 연화된 발아배아미에, 쌀알의 입도(粒度)보다 작은 일정한 입도를 갖는 입상물을 혼합시켜 교반함으로써, 상기 쌀알표면에 잔존하는 쌀겨를 상기 입상물에 흡착시키는 입상물 혼합부; 및상기 발아배아미의 쌀알과 상기 입상물을 분리하는 분리 건조부를 포함하는, 발아배아미의 제조장치.
