Claims (9)
- 기판 상에 화소영역의 일측을 따라 연장된 게이트 배선과, 상기 게이트 배선과 평행하지 않은 화소영역의 타측을 지나 연장된 데이터 배선과;상기 화소영역의 일 측에 위치하고, 게이트 전극과 액티브층과 소스 전극과 드레인 전극을 포함하는 박막트랜지스터와;상기 화소영역에 지그재그 형상으로 구성되며, 화소영역의 둘레에 구성된 주변전극과;상기 드레인 전극과 접촉하면서, 상기 지그재그 형상 중, 상기 게이트 배선과 45도 또는 135도의 기울기를 가지며, 상기 기판 상의 러빙방향과 동일한 대각선 방향으로 구성된 주변전극에 대응하여 슬릿이 구성된 화소전극을 포함하는 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소스 전극은 "U"형상이고, 상기 드레인 전극은 상기 소스 전극의 내부에 이와는 소정간격 이격하여 구성된 막대 형상인 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 제 1 및 제 2 기판과;상기 제 1 기판 상에 화소영역의 일측을 따라 연장된 게이트 배선과, 상기 게이트 배선과 평행하지 않은 화소영역의 타측을 지나 연장된 데이터 배선과;상기 화소영역의 일 측에 위치하고, 게이트 전극과 액티브층과 소스 전극과 드레인 전극을 포함하는 박막트랜지스터와;상기 화소영역에 지그재그 형상으로 구성되며 화소영역의 둘레에 구성된 주변전극과;상기 드레인 전극과 접촉하면서, 상기 지그재그 형상 중, 상기 게이트 배선과 45도 또는 135도의 기울기를 가지며, 상기 제 1 기판 상의 러빙방향과 동일한 대각선 방향으로 구성된 주변전극에 대응하여 슬릿이 구성된 화소전극과;상기 제 2 기판 상에 구성된 공통전극과;상기 공통전극의 상부에 구성되고, 상기 슬릿이 위치한 영역을 제외한 주변전극의 상부에 구성된 유기막 패턴을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
