Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 기판 상에 화소영역의 일측을 따라 연장된 게이트 배선과, 상기 게이트 배선과 평행하지 않은 화소영역의 타측을 지나 연장된 데이터 배선과;상기 화소영역의 일 측에 위치하고, 게이트 전극과 액티브층과 소스 전극과 드레인 전극을 포함하는 박막트랜지스터와;상기 화소영역에 지그재그 형상으로 구성되며, 화소영역의 둘레에 구성된 주변전극과;상기 드레인 전극과 접촉하면서, 상기 지그재그 형상 중, 동일한 대각선 방향으로 구성된 주변전극에 대응하여 슬릿이 구성된 화소전극을 포함하는 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 슬릿의 방향은 135도인 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소스 전극은 "U"형상이고, 상기 드레인 전극은 상기 소스 전극의 내부에 이와는 소정간격 이격하여 구성된 막대 형상인 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 제 1 및 제 2 기판과;상기 제 1 기판 상에 화소영역의 일측을 따라 연장된 게이트 배선과, 상기 게이트 배선과 평행하지 않은 화소영역의 타측을 지나 연장된 데이터 배선과;상기 화소영역의 일 측에 위치하고, 게이트 전극과 액티브층과 소스 전극과 드레인 전극을 포함하는 박막트랜지스터와;상기 화소영역에 지그재그 형상으로 구성되며 화소영역의 둘레에 구성된 주변전극과;상기 드레인 전극과 접촉하면서, 상기 지그재그 형상 중, 동일한 대각선 방향으로 구성된 주변전극에 대응하여 슬릿이 구성된 화소전극과;상기 제 2 기판 상에 구성된 공통전극과;상기 공통전극의 상부에 구성되고, 상기 슬릿이 위치한 영역을 제외한 주변전극의 상부에 구성된 유기막 패턴을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 슬릿의 방향은 135도인 액정표시장치.
- 기판 상에 화소영역의 일측을 따라 연장된 게이트 배선과, 상기 게이트 배선과 평행하지 않은 화소영역의 타측을 지나 연장된 데이터 배선과;상기 화소영역의 일 측에 위치하고, 게이트 전극과 액티브층과 소스 전극과 드레인 전극을 포함하는 박막트랜지스터와;상기 화소영역에 가로방향으로 구성된 다수의 가로 전극과, 상기 가로전극을 하나로 연결하면서 상기 데이터 배선의 하부에 위치한 세로전극을 포함하는 주변전극과;상기 가로전극에 대응하여 가로방향으로 슬릿이 구성되고, 상기 드레인전극과 접촉하는 화소전극을 포함하는 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 소스 전극은 "U"형상이고, 상기 드레인 전극은 상기 소스 전극의 내부에 이와는 소정간격 이격하여 구성된 막대 형상인 액정표시장치용 어레이기판.
- 제 1 및 제 2 기판과;상기 제 1 기판 상의 화소영역의 일측을 따라 연장된 게이트 배선과, 상기 게이트 배선과 평행하지 않은 화소영역의 타측을 지나 연장된 데이터 배선과;상기 화소영역의 일 측에 위치하고, 게이트 전극과 액티브층과 소스 전극과 드레인 전극을 포함하는 박막트랜지스터와;상기 화소영역에 가로방향으로 구성된 다수의 가로 전극과, 상기 가로전극을 하나로 연결하면서 상기 데이터 배선의 하부에 위치한 세로전극을 포함하는 주변전극과;상기 가로전극에 대응하여 가로방향으로 슬릿이 구성되고, 상기 드레인전극과 접촉하는 투명한 화소전극과;상기 제 2 기판 상에 구성된 공통전극과;상기 슬릿의 이격 영역의 대각선 방향에 대응하여 구성된 유기막 패턴을 포함하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 유기막 패턴의 기울기는 30~45도인 액정표시장치.
