Claims (7)
- 자분액이 채워지는 자분액탱크;상기 자분액탱크에 연결되어 밸브의 조절에 따라 적정량의 물을 공급하는 물공급라인;상기 자분액탱크에 연결되어 정량펌프 및 밸브의 조절에 따라 적정량의 고농도자분을 상기 자분액탱크로 공급하는 자분공급라인;상기 자분액탱크의 내부에 상호 이격되어 배치되고, 발광원에서 발생된 레이저 광원의 전류를 검출기에서 측정하여 자분액탱크 내부의 탁도를 측정하는 측정부; 및상기 측정부에서 측정된 데이터를 이용하여 자분농도가 정해진 범위 내에서 유지되도록 물과 자분의 공급을 제어하는 제어반을 포함하며상기 발광원과 검출기는 양끝이 분기된 밀폐관의 양끝부분에 설치되는 자분농도 유지장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 발광원과 검출기 측에는 마주보는 상기 밀폐관의 두 면에 유리를 밀봉, 방수 설치하는 자분농도 유지장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 발광원과 검출기는 100mm 이격되는 자분농도 유지장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 발광원은 InGaAlP 반도체레이져인 자분농도 유지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자분액탱크와 고농도탱크의 내부에는 교반기가 설치되는 자분농도 유지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자분액은 물 1리터당 형광자분과 분산제가 1 : 2 비율로 혼합되는 자분농도 유지장치.
