Claims (15)
- 합성수지 필름 사이에 금속을 증착시켜 절단하여 형성된 적층사를 심사로 한 커버링사로서 경사, 위사 또는 경사 및 위사에 일정 간격 배열하되, 마찰대전압이 10 내지 30V, 반감기가 1.3 내지 1.6초인 대전방지원단에 있어서,상기 원단의 원단복원력 향상을 위해 염색공정시 흡습제 3.5 내지 4.5%(o.w.f)가 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 대전방지원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 합성수지 필름은 6 내지 10 마이크로미터이고, 상기 필름 사이의 금속 증착 적층층의 두께는 60 내지 90nm임을 특징으로 하는 대전방지원단.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,원단복원력과 대전방지성을 향상시키기 위해 후가공으로 대전방지제 3.6 내지 4.3%(o.w.f), 친수성수지 약 1.8 내지 2.3%(o.w.f) 원단표면에 더 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 대전방지원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적층사의 증착되는 금속은 은(Ag)인 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 경사와 위사 및 합성수지 필름이 폴리에스테르계임을 특징으로 하는 대전방지원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 경사 또는 위사는 이형단면사임을 특징으로 하는 대전방지원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 원단의 포집성을 향상시키기 위해, 고유점도가 70,000 내지 80,000cps/25℃이며 모듈러스가 30 내지 60kg.f/cm2인 일액형 폴리우레탄계 수지 100을 기준으로 용매가 40 내지 80중량부, 경화제가 0.2 내지 2 중량부로 형성된 코팅액을 원단에 대하여 35 내지 60 g/m2 로 도포한 코팅층을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 대전방지원단.
- 고밀도 조직의 대전방지원단의 제조방법에 있어서,합성수지 필름 사이에 금속을 증착시켜 절단하여 형성된 적층사를 심사로 한 커버링사로서 경사, 위사 또는 경사 및 위사에 일정 간격 배열하는 단계;원단복원력 향상을 위해 염색공정시 염료 및 조제나 중화처리제와 더불어 흡습제를 포함시키는 단계; 및원단복원력과 대전방지성을 향상시키기 위해 후가공시 대전방지제, 친수성수지, 촉매를 포함하여 원단표면에 처리하는 단계로 이루어져 마찰대전압이 10 내지 30V, 반감기가 1.3 내지 1.6초 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지원단의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 흡습제는 3.5 내지 4.5%(o.w.f)임을 특징으로 하는 대전방지원단의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 대전방지제는 3.6 내지 4.3%(o.w.f), 친수성수지는 1.8 내지 2.3%(o.w.f), 촉매는 MgCl2로 원단표면에 처리임을 특징으로 하는 대전방지원단의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 적층사의 증착되는 금속은 은(Ag)인 것을 특징으로 하는 대전방지원단 의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 경사와 위사 및 합성수지 필름이 폴리에스테르계임을 특징으로 하는 대전방지원단의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 경사 또는 위사는 이형단면사임을 특징으로 하는 대전방지원단의 제조방법.
