- 액상 실리콘 러버에 발포제를 첨가한 후, 금형틀에 삽입하고, 가열함으로써 액상 실리콘 러버를 발포 성형하는 방법에 있어서,탄산수소나트륨, 중탄산수소나트륨 및 탄산칼슘 중 선택되는 어느 하나를 액상 실리콘 러버 100 중량 대비 0.5~5.0 중량비로 액상 실리콘 러버에 발포제로 첨가하고,5~10%(v/v)의 초산수용액, 5~10%(v/v)의 황산수용액 및 5~10%(v/v)의 과산화수소수 중 선택되는 어느 하나를 액상 실리콘 100 중량 대비 0.1~1.0 중량비로 액상 실리콘 러버에 추가로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 실리콘 러버의 발포 성형 방법
