Claims (2)
- 용선예비처리공정에서 CaO계 및 CaC2계 탈류제를 사용하여 용선을 탈류정련하는 방법에 있어서, 탈류처리전 랜스를 하강하면서 버블링(Bubbling)을 실시하여 용선나탕부를 형성하면서 동시에 전로슬래그 입자를 용선 1톤에 대하여 1.0~2.5kg의 투입량으로 나탕부에 5분~12분간 지속적으로 투입하고, 이후 버블링이 완료된 후 즉시 상기 탈류제를 취입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용선의 탈류정련방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 전로슬래그가 1-10mm의 입도를 가지고, 그리고 FeO: 15~35중량%, CaO: 35~50중량%, SiO2: 5~18중량%, 및 MgO: 5~12중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용선의 탈류정련방법
