Claims (1)
- 전로에서 정련된 용강을 레이들로 출강하고, 레이들내의 용강에 아르곤 가스를 취입하여 용강을 버블링하는 공정을 포함하는 용강의 청정도 및 탈류효율 향상 방법에 있어서,레이들내 용강의 용해알미늄의 함량이 0.01~0.03중량%가 되도록 상기 전로출강중에 탈산재인 알미늄을 투입하고;상기 아르곤 가스의 취입유량은 1.5~10.0Nl/min로 설정하고; 그리고 상기 버블링시 발생되는 나탕부위에, 탈산재인 알미늄을 용강 1톤에 대하여 0.06~0.12kg 연속 분할 투입하고, 그리고 부원료인 생석회 및 형석을 용강 1톤에 대하여 각각 1~8kg 및 0.2~0.6kg을 연속 분할 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용강의 청정도 및 탈류효율 향상 방법
