제3도는 본 발명에 의한 벨트의 평면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 닙을 규정하는 원주형 프레스로울러와 아치형 압력슈를 구비하는 연장된 닙프레스에 사용하는, 슈측의 면과 펠트 측의 면을 구비한 섬유상 웨브 탈수용의 벨트는, 탈수하고자 하는 상기 섬유상 웨브를 지지, 이동하는 적어도 하나의 프레스펠트와 함께 상기 프레스펠트와 상기 아치형 압력슈사이의 상기 닙을 통과하고, 또 상기 벨트는 내면과 외면을 구비하는 무한형태의 루프형태로 된 베이스 패브릭과, 상기 베이스 패브릭의 내외면 상의 고분자 수지 코팅으로 구성되며; 상기 베이스 패브릭은 상기 루프방향인 제지기 방향의 실과 상기 루프의 횡방향인 제지기 횡단방향의 실을 구비하며, 상기 제지기 방향의 실과 제지기 횡방향의 실중 적어도 하나는 방적사이며, 상기 방적사는 다수의 스태플파이버로부터 만들어지는 것이며; 상기 코팅은 상기 베이스 패브릭에 스며들어 액체가 침투하는 것을 막아주고, 상기 벨트가 매끄럽고 균일한 두께를 갖게 해주며, 상기 베이스 패브릭 외면상의 코팅에는 다수의 홈이 절삭되며, 상기 다수의 홈들은 상기 섬유상 웨브로부터 압출된 물의 수로로 랜드영역과 번갈아가며 존재하고, 상기 랜드영역은 다수의 상기 방적사의 드태플 파이버에 의해 상기 베이스 패브릭에 고정 되어 상기 랜드영역이 상기 벨트로부터 적층박리되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙프레스벨트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자수지는 폴리우레탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙프레스벨트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 패브릭은 상기 제지기방향의 실과 제지기 횡방향의 실로 직조된 직조 패브릭인 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙프레스벨트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 패브릭은 다층 패브릭이며, 상기 방적사는 상기 베이스 패브릭의 외면에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙프레스 벨트.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 패브릭은 상기 재지기 방향의 실과 상기 제지기 횡방향의 실로 직조된 다층 패브릭이며, 상기 방적사는 상기 베이스 패브릭의 외면에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙프레스 벨트.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 홈들은 상기 벨트외면 둘레인 제지기 방향으로 절삭되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙프레스벨트.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 홈들은 상기 벨트의 외면을 횡단하는 제지기 횡방향으로 절삭되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙프레스벨트.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 벨트의 펠트측에는 1인치당 6-8개의 홈이 절삭되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된닙프레스벨트.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홈들의 깊이는 대략 0.060-0.100인치의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙프레스벨트.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홈들의 폭은 대략0.020-0.030인치의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 연장된 닙프레스벨트.
