Claims (13)
- Gewebeband gebildet durch wendelförmig gewundene, parallel nebeneinander angeordnete Fäden (1) deren Wendeln jeweils ineinander greifen und zusammen mit einem eingeschobenen Stab (2) ein Biegegelenk (3) bilden, wobei ggf. in den freien Wendelzwischenräumen jeweils wenigstens ein mehr oder weniger breiter Dichtstab (4) eingesetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Seite des Gewebebands mit einer Kunststoffschicht (5, 5') versehen ist, die mindestens einen Teil der Fäden (1) einschließt.
- Gewebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffschicht (5) auf ihrer Innenseite von den in die freien Wendelzwischenräume eingeschobenen Dichtstäben (4) begrenzt ist.
- Gewebeband nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Seiten des Gewebebands mit einer Kunststoffschicht (5, 5') versehen und alle Fäden (1) vom Kunststoff umschlossen sind.
- Gewebeband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein so gebildetes Band als Transportband oder Förderband dient.
- Gewebeband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffschicht (5, 5') ein schmelzbares Polymer ist, insbesondere Polyurethan, Polypropylen, Polyamid, PVDF.
- Gewebeband nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmelztemperatur des Kunststoffs der Kunststoffschicht (5, 5') unter 250°C liegt und damit tiefer als die Schmelztemperatur der wendelförmig gewundenen Fäden (1).
- Gewebeband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffschicht (5, 5') durch ein Elastomer gebildet ist.
- Gewebeband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wendelförmig gewundenen Fäden (1) aus Polyäthylen, Polyamid, PPS, PEK, Polyurethan, PEEK, Polyester oder aus einem Gemisch davon bestehen.
- Gewebeband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche wenigstens einer der Kunststoffschichten (5, 5') strukturiert ist.
- Gewebeband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einseitig vorstehende Mitnehmer aufweist die ggf. die Kunststoffschicht (5) oder (5') durchragen aber zumindest von ihr mitgetragen werden.
- Gewebeband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere durch die gewendelten Fäden gebildete Gewebebandlagen vorgesehen sind die mindestens teilweise von einer Kunststoffschicht (5, 5') umschlossen sind.
- Gewebeband nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Gewebebandlagen mindestens eine Fadenschar in Längsrichtung angeordnet ist.
- Gewebeband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wendelförmigen Fäden (1) durch Runddraht oder Flachdraht oder Ovaldraht gebildet sind.
