Claims (3)
- H.D polyethylene 4000B 35중량%와 polypropylene B-220D 65중량%를 배합통(1)에서 혼합하여, 호퍼(2)에 일정량을 투입 후 압출기(3)를 통과하여 다이(4)를 통하여 0.2~0.25mm의 시트(5)℃를 얻게 된 것을 냉각롤(21)(22)(23)을 거쳐서 배송롤(6)을 통과하여 가이드롤(7)(8)(9)를 거쳐 진공성형기(14)를 통하여 0℃에서 선팽창계수가 82.47 × 10-6 ㎝/㎝/℃인 피막(55)을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 냉동식품 보관 및 박리를 위한 피막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,재단 펀칭기(16)을 이용하여 상기 피막(55)의 하부바닥에 Ø 5~25㎜의 홀(22)을 8㎝~15㎝의 간격마다 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동식품 보관 및 박리를 위한 피막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 피막(55)의 피막덮개(66)의 둘레에 다수개의 톱날형상의 결착띠(31)를 형성하고 덮개를 사용할 시 결착띠(31)와 맞닿는 부위에 결착띠홈(30)이 있어 결착띠(21)를 조여서 하부피막과 상부덮개를 밀폐시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동식품 보관 및 박리를 위한 피막의 제조방법.
