Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 굴절률(nd)이 1.75 내지 1.85 범위이고, 아베수(Abbe number)(υd)가 35 내지 45 범위인 광학 상수(optical constant)를 가지고,필수 성분으로서, SiO2 및 B2O3를 포함하고, ZrO2, Nb2O5, Ta2O5 및 WO3로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 성분을 포함하며,유리 전이 온도(Tg)가 580℃ 이하이고, ZnO/SiO2 비가 3.3 내지 3.7의 범위이고, 내후성(표면법)이 1급 또는 2급인 광학 유리.
- 굴절률(nd)이 1.75 내지 1.85 범위이고, 아베수(υd)가 35 내지 45 범위인 광학 상수를 가지고,필수 성분으로서, SiO2, B2O3, La2O3, ZrO2, Nb2O5, Ta2O5, WO3, ZnO 및 Li2O를 포함하며, 실질적으로 납 성분, 비소 성분 및 불소 성분을 포함하지 않고,상기 산화물의 합계 함유량이 96 질량%를 초과하고, ZnO/SiO2 비가 3.3 내지 3.7이며,유리 전이 온도(Tg)가 580℃ 이하이고, 내후성(표면법)이 1급 또는 2급인 광학 유리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,B2O3/SiO2 비가 3.2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 유리.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,하기 성분을 하기 함유량으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 유리:SiO2 6∼10 질량%,B2O3 12∼24 질량%,La2O3 26∼42 질량%,ZrO2 1.5∼10 질량%,Nb2O5 1∼10 질량%,Ta2O5 1∼15 질량%,WO3 1∼10 질량%,ZnO 16∼26 질량%, 및Li2O 0.6∼4 질량%.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,하기 성분을 하기 함유량으로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 유리:Gd2O3 0∼10 질량%,GeO2 0∼5 질량%,Al2O3 0∼10 질량%,TiO2 0∼10 질량%,RO 0∼10 질량%(단, RO는 MgO, CaO, SrO 및 BaO로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 성분임), 및Sb2O3 0∼1 질량%로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 성분.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,하기 (a) 및 (b)를 포함하는 광학 유리:(a) SiO2 6∼10 질량%,B2O3 12∼24 질량%,La2O3 26∼42 질량%,ZrO2 1.5∼10 질량%,Nb2O5 1∼10 질량%,Ta2O5 1∼15 질량%,W03 1∼10 질량%,ZnO 16∼26 질량%, 및Li2O 0.6∼4 질량%와,(b) 하기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 성분:Gd2O3 0 질량% 초과 4 질량% 미만,GeO2 0 질량% 초과 4 질량% 미만,Al2O3 0 질량% 초과 4 질량% 미만,TiO2 0 질량% 초과 4 질량% 미만,RO 0 질량% 초과 4 질량% 미만,(단, RO는 MgO, CaO, SrO 및 BaO로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 성분임), 및Sb2O3 0 질량% 초과 1 질량% 이하.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 광학 유리로 제조된 렌즈 프리폼(lens preform).
- 제9항의 렌즈 프리폼을 성형하여 이루어진 광학 소자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 광학 유리를 정밀 프레스 성형(precision press molding)하여 이루어진 광학 소자.
