Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- a) 망간염, 구리염, 염기 및 증류수의 혼합액을 가열하여 겔이 형성된 혼합액을 제조하는 단계;b) 겔이 형성된 혼합액을 반응기에 투입한 후 공기로 가압한 상태에서 숙성하는 단계;c) b)단계 후 반응기 압력을 상압으로 낮추면서 증류수를 투입하여 겔이 형성된 혼합액을 냉각하는 단계; 및d) 겔을 수득한 후 세척 및 소성하는 단계;를 포함하는 구리-망간 산화물 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 b)단계의 숙성은 반응기의 압력을 2 내지 100기압으로 유지한 상태로 수행되는 구리-망간 산화물 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 망간염 및 구리염은 구리/망간 몰비가 0.2 내지 3.2가 되도록 사용하는 구리-망간 산화물 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계에서 염기는 혼합액에서 망간염 및 구리염의 합에 대한 염기의 몰비로 1~10배 범위에서 첨가하는 구리-망간 산화물 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 망간염은 염화망간(MnCl2), 질산망간(Mn(NO3)2), 황산망간(MnSO4), 과염소산망간(Mn(ClO4)2), 이들의 수화물 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 구리-망간 산화물 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구리염은 염화구리(CuCl2), 질산구리(Cu(NO3)2), 황산구리(CuSO4), 과염소산구리(Cu(ClO4)2), 이들의 수화물 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 구리-망간 산화물 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 염기는 탄산나트륨, 수산화나트륨 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 구리-망간 산화물 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 a)단계의 혼합액은 은질산염, 크롬질산염, 아연질산염, 란타늄질산염, 네오뮴질산염 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 금속첨가제를 구리염 및 망간염의 합에 대하여 0.01 내지 10 몰% 범위가 되도록 더 함유하는 구리-망간 산화물 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 a)단계의 혼합액은 알루미나, 실리카, 지르코니아, 티타니아, 세리아, 크로미아 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 담체를 더 함유하는 구리-망간 산화물 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 BET 표면적 200 내지 1000 m2/g의 구리-망간 산화물 촉매를 함유하는 공기정화장치.
