Claims (2)
- 선경 0.15~1.0mm인 니켈을 이용하여 20~40mm 격자형 다공(4)을 갖는 니켈 메쉬(2)를 제조하는 단계와 상기 니켈 메쉬(2)를 초음파 세척하고 그리드 블라스팅하는 단계를 거쳐 상기 니켈 메쉬(2)의 표면에 중량비 2~10%의 이트리아(Y2O3)를 포함하는 지르코니아(Zr2O3)계 세라믹분말을 플라즈마 융사하여 2500~3000℃의 고온으로 융착하여 50~100μ 두께를 갖는 세라믹 코팅층(3)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹제품 소성용 세라믹코팅 니켈 메쉬 받침대 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 기재의 방법으로 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹제품 소성용 세라믹코팅 니켈 메쉬 받침대.
