Abstract
Description
또한, 본 발명에 따른 핀홀 검출기에서는, 암상자의 개구단면상에는 개구를 덮도록 피측정물이 배치되고, 피측정물상에는 광원이 위치하는 것으로 하여도 좋다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 핀홀 검출기에서는, 상기 라이트 컨트롤 필름 및 상기 집광 렌즈사이에 개재하는 밴드 패스 필터를 또한 구비하여도 좋다.
Claims (10)
- 피측정물의 핀홀을 Z축 방향에 따라 투과한 광을 검출하는 광검출 소자를 구비한 핀홀 검출기에 있어서,XYZ 직교 좌표계를 설정한 경우, 투과 가능한 XZ 평면 내에서의 광의 입사각을 제한하는 라이트 컨트롤 필름과, 상기 광검출 소자에 광학적으로 결합 가능한 YZ 평면 내에서의 광의 입사각을 제한하는 Y축 방향으로만 집광을 행하는 집광 렌즈 및 상기 집광 렌즈의 집광 위치에 배치되어 입사 광속(光束) 직경을 제한하는 수광(受光) 영역을, 상기 피측정물과 상기 광검출 소자 사이의 광로 간에, Z축을 따라 순차적으로 배치하고, 상기 라이트 컨트롤 필름 및 상기 집광 렌즈를 수용하는 암상자를 구비하고, 상기 라이트 컨트롤 필름은 상기 암상자의 개구단보다도 내측에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀홀 검출기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 암상자의 개구를 밀봉하는 보호 유리를 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀홀 검출기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 라이트 컨트롤 필름은 2이상의 라이트 컨트롤 필름을 Z축에 따라 격리 배치하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 핀홀 검출기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 라이트 컨트롤 필름은 투명 수지 내에 다수의 불투명 루버를 평행하게 설치한 루버 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 핀홀 검출기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 하나의 상기 라이트 컨트롤 필름은 필터에 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀홀 검출기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 수광 영역은 광섬유의 일단이고, 상기 광섬유의 타단은 상기 광검출 소자에 광학적으로 결합하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀홀 검출기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 수광 영역은 X축을 따라 다수 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀홀 검출기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광검출 소자는 광전자 증배관(增倍管)인 것을 특징으로 하는 핀홀 검출기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 암상자의 개구 단면상에는 개구를 덮도록 상기 피측정물이 배치되고, 상기 피측정물상에는 광원이 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀홀 검출기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 라이트 컨트롤 필름 및 상기 집광 렌즈사이에 개재하는 밴드 패스 필터를 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핀홀 검출기.
