Claims (7)
- 다수의 날개를 갖는 연료펌프용 임펠러에 있어서,상기 날개와 날개 사이의 증분각도(Δθi)는 아래의 수학식에 의해 설정되고, 증분각도의 최대값(MAX)과 최소값(MIN)은 2°≤ MAX - MIN ≤ 6°의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료펌프용 임펠러.여기서, N은 전체 날개의 수(N : 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17,...), Am은 날개 간 간격(등분각)의 분포 크기(0 < Am < 360/N), i는 날개의 순번(i=1, 2, 3,..., N), P1 및 P2는 주기에 영향을 미치는 요소(0 < P1 < N, 0 ≤ P1 ≤ N)를 의미함.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전체 날개의 수(N)는 31≤N≤47인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료펌프용 임펠러.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 특정 구간에서 증분각도의 평균(AVG_SEC)과 전체 날개각도(360/N)의 평균(AVG_TOT)은 (AVG_TOT - 0.5)≤AVG_SEC≤(AVG_TOT + 0.5) 을 만족 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료펌프용 임펠러.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 특정구간은 전체 날개수의 1/4 구간인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료펌프용 임펠러.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 1≤Am≤3 인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료펌프용 임펠러.
- 제 1항에 있어서, P1=1 또는 P1=N-1 중 어느 하나이고, P2=2*P1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료펌프용 임펠러.
