Claims (5)
- 증기와 냉각수의 열교환을 통해 응축수를 생성하는 응축수발생기와;이 응축수발생기에 연결되어 응축수가 함유된 증기를 이송하는 이송관과;상기 이송관의 어느 일 부분에 장착되어 증기의 이송을 제어하는 개폐밸브와;상기 개폐밸브의 개방시 응축수를 함유한 증기를 분사할 수 있도록 이송관의 선단에 장착된 분사노즐과;상기 이송관에 설치되어 에어팬쿨러에 이송관을 걸어서 고정하는 견인수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 에어팬쿨러 튜브 핀 클리닝장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 응축수발생기에는 증기와 냉각수의 출입온도를 계측하기 위한 온도계가 장착되고, 출입압력을 계측하기 위한 압력계가 장착되며, 내부 압력상승을 방지하기 위한 안전밸브가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 에어팬쿨러 튜브 핀 클리닝장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 분사노즐에는 증기를 확산시키면서 분사하기 위한 분사확산부가 경사지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 에어팬쿨러 튜브 핀 클리닝장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 분사노즐에는 증기를 다방향으로 분사하기 위한 보조분사홀이 적어도 하나 이상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 에어팬쿨러 튜브 핀 클리닝장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 견인수단은 이송관에 인장스프링이 연결되고, 이 인장스프링의 끝 부분에 갈고리가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 에어팬쿨러 튜브 핀 클리닝장치.
