Claims (6)
- NC 가공 프로그램에 의해 주축의 움직임을 제어하는 NC 공작 기계에서 컨터링 가공에 의해 진원 가공을 행하는 방법에 있어서,워크의 가공 전에 주축의 가공 궤적을 복수의 측정 포인트로 분할하여, 진원의 중심으로부터 각 측정 포인트의 주축의 가공 궤적까지의 길이를 계측기에 의해 측정하고,상기 계측기의 측정값과 진원의 반경 길이를 비교하여, 각 측정 포인트에서의 주축의 가공 궤적의 진원으로부터의 어긋남량을 연산하고,상기 어긋남량이 음의 값인 경우 그 어긋남량의 절대값을 진원의 반경 길이에 가산하고, 상기 어긋남량이 양의 값인 경우 그 어긋남량을 진원의 반경 길이로부터 감산함으로써, 각 측정 포인트에서의 주축의 가공 궤적을 보정 하기 위한 보정값을 연산하고, 이 보정값을 상기 NC 가공 프로그램에 편입하고,상기 NC 가공 프로그램에 따라서 주축의 움직임을 제어함으로써 워크에 대응하여 진원 가공을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 NC 공작 기계에서의 진원 가공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가공 궤적의 진원으로부터의 어긋남량을 진원의 반경 방향으로 진원에 대하여 대칭으로 전사하여 전사 위치를 구하고, 이 전사 위치의 위치 데이터에 기초하여 상기 보정값을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진원 가공 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 보정값은, 각 측정 포인트간의 전사 위치의 차분으로부터 얻어지는 각 좌표축마다의 인크리멘탈량, 또는, 각 측정 포인트에서의 전사 위치의 각 좌표축마다의 앱솔루트값인 것을 특징으로 하는 진원 가공 방법.
- NC 가공 프로그램에 의해 주축의 움직임을 제어하는 NC 공작 기계에서 컨터링 가공에 의해 진원 가공을 행하는 장치에 있어서,워크의 가공 전에 주축의 가공 궤적을 복수의 측정 포인트로 분할하고, 진원의 중심으로부터 각 측정 포인트의 주축의 가공 궤적까지의 길이를 측정하는 계측기와,상기 계측기의 측정값과 진원의 반경 길이를 비교하여, 각 측정 포인트에서의 주축의 가공 궤적의 진원으로부터의 어긋남량을 연산함과 함께, 상기 어긋남량이 음의 값인 경우 그 어긋남량의 절대값을 진원의 반경 길이에 가산하고, 상기 어긋남량이 양의 값인 경우 그 어긋남량을 진원의 반경 길이로부터 감산함으로써, 각 측정 포인트에서의 주축의 가공 궤적을 보정하기 위한 보정값을 연산하는 연산 수단과,상기 연산 수단에 의해 연산된 보정값이 편입된 NC 가공 프로그램에 따라서 주축의 움직임을 제어하는 제어 수단을 구비하고,상기 제어 수단에 의해 주축의 움직임을 제어함으로써, 워크에 대응하여 진원 가공을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 NC 공작 기계에서의 진원 가공 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 연산 수단은, 상기 가공 궤적의 진원으로부터의 어긋남량을 진원의 반경 방향으로 진원에 대하여 대칭으로 전사하여 전사 위치를 구하고, 이 전사 위치 의 위치 데이터에 기초하여 상기 보정값을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진원 가공 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 보정값은, 각 측정 포인트간의 전사 위치의 차분으로부터 얻어지는 각 좌표축마다의 인크리멘탈량, 또는, 각 측정 포인트에서의 전사 위치의 각 좌표축마다의 앱솔루트값인 것을 특징으로 하는 진원 가공 장치.
