Description
Claims (17)
- 혈관신생을 촉진하는 성장 인자를 함유하는 히드로겔을 주입한 스펀지 시트와, 메갈린이 표면에 발현된 세포를 구성 성분으로 하는 단백질 대사 기능을 갖는 체내형 인공 신장.
- 제1항에 있어서,혈관신생을 촉진하는 성장 인자가 염기성 섬유아세포 증식 인자(bFGF)인 단백질 대사 기능을 갖는 체내형 인공 신장.
- 제2항에 있어서,bFGF가 유전자 공학 기술에 의하여 제조한 인간 bFGF인 단백질 대사 기능을 갖는 체내형 인공 신장.
- 제1항에 있어서,히드로겔이 젤라틴 겔인 단백질 대사 기능을 갖는 체내형 인공 신장.
- 제4항에 있어서,젤라틴 겔이 등전점 4.5∼5.5의 젤라틴을 주성분으로 하는 단백질 대사 기능을 갖는 체내형 인공 신장.
- 제1항에 있어서,스펀지 시트가 콜라겐으로 되는 단백질 대사 기능을 갖는 체내형 인공 신장.
- 제1항에 있어서,메갈린이 표면에 발현된 세포가, 인간 근위 세뇨관 상피 세포 및/또는 유전자 도입(gene transfer)에 의해 메갈린을 고발현시킨 인간 근위 세뇨관 상피 세포인 단백질 대사 기능을 갖는 체내형 인공 신장.
- 제1항에 있어서,메갈린의 발현이 유전자 조작에 의한 것인 단백질 대사 기능을 갖는 체내형 인공 신장.
- 혈관신생을 촉진하는 성장 인자를 함유하는 히드로겔을 주입한 스펀지 시트와, 메갈린이 표면에 발현된 세포를 사용하는 단백질 대사 기능을 갖는 체내형 인공 신장의 제작 방법으로서,혈관신생을 촉진하는 성장 인자를 함유하는 히드로겔을 스펀지 시트에 주입하는 공정과, 그 스펀지 시트를 피하에 이식하는 공정과, 이식된 그 스펀지 시트에 메갈린이 표면에 발현된 세포를 주입하는 공정을 포함하는 단백질 대사 기능을 갖는 체내형 인공 신장의 제작 방법.
- 삭제
- 제9항에 있어서,혈관신생을 촉진하는 성장 인자가 bFGF인 단백질 대사 기능을 갖는 체내형 인공 신장의 제작 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,bFGF가 유전자 공학 기술에 의하여 제조한 인간 bFGF인 단백질 대사 기능을 갖는 체내형 인공 신장의 제작 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,히드로겔이 젤라틴 겔인 단백질 대사 기능을 갖는 체내형 인공 신장의 제작 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,젤라틴 겔이 등전점 4.5∼5.5의 젤라틴을 주성분으로 하는 단백질 대사 기능을 갖는 체내형 인공 신장의 제작 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,스펀지 시트가 콜라겐으로 되는 단백질 대사 기능을 갖는 체내형 인공 신장의 제작 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,메갈린이 표면에 발현된 세포가, 인간 근위 세뇨관 상피 세포 및/또는 유전자 도입에 의해 메갈린을 고발현시킨 인간 근위 세뇨관 상피 세포인 단백질 대사 기능을 갖는 체내형 인공 신장의 제작 방법.
