Claims (4)
- 수지비드를 표면처리하고, 도료를 이용하여 표면처리를 진행한 수지비드에 대하여 최하 1회이상 도장을 진행하는 인조 진주용 열가소성 수지비드의 도장방법에 있어서,상기 표면처리제로서 셀룰로이드 1.5~6 중량%, 아세톤 20~50 중량%, 에틸아세테이트 20~50 중량%, 부틸아세테이트 10~30 중량%, 장뇌 0.1~0.7 중량% 및 벤젠 2~10 중량%의 혼합물이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조 진주용 열가소성 수지비드의 도장방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면처리를 거친 수지비드를 순서대로 1차 도장, 2차 도장과 3차 도장을 진행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조 진주용 열가소성 수지비드의 도장방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면처리를 거친 수지비드를 하기 초도용 조성물, 중도용 조성물 혹은 상도용 조성물 중 임의의 한가지 조성물로 반복적으로 도장을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조 진주용 열가소성 수지비드의 도장방법.ⅰ)셀룰로이드 1.5~6 중량%, 에틸아세테이트 25~60 중량%, 아밀아세테이트 40.3~70 중량%, 장뇌 0.1~0.7 중량% 및 진주안료 1~8 중량%를 혼합하여 얻어지는 초도용 조성물ⅱ)셀룰로이드 1.5~6 중량%, 에틸아세테이트 22~45 중량%, 아밀아세테이트 40.3~70 중량%, 장뇌 0.1~0.7 중량% 및 진주안료 1~8 중량%를 혼합하여 얻어지는 중도용 조성물ⅲ)셀룰로이드 1.5~6 중량%, 에틸아세테이트 10~40 중량%, 아밀아세테이트 45.3~80 중량%, 장뇌 0.1~0.7 중량% 및 진주안료 1~8 중량%를 혼합하여 얻어지는 상도용 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 진주안료는 비스무스옥시클로라이드를 주성분으로 하는 진주안료와 이산화티탄 혼합물로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조진주용 열가소성 수지비드의 도장방법.
