Claims (18)
- 자발적으로 폐쇄 소포체를 형성하는 양친매성 물질에 의해 형성되어 유성 기재 표면에 부착되는 폐쇄 소포체를 포함하고, 상기 폐쇄 소포체의 평균 입자 직경이 에멀젼 형성시에 8㎚ 내지 500㎚, 분산제 조정시에 분산액중의 농도 범위 5 내지 20wt%에 있어서 200㎚ 내지 800㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 유화 분산제.
- 삭제
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 폴리옥시에틸렌 경화 피마자유의 유도체에 계면활성제를 몰분율로 0.1≤Xs≤0.33의 범위로 추가로 부가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유화 분산제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 양친매성 물질은 인지질 또는 인지질 유도체로부터 작성되는 입자인 유화 분산제.
- 제 1 항에 따른 유화 분산제를 이용한 유화 분산 방법에 있어서, 피유화 유성 성분과 상기 유화 분산제의 비를 1 내지 1000으로 하여 접촉, 혼화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유화 분산 방법.
- 삭제
- 미생물 생산에 의한 다당류, 인지질, 폴리에스터류 및 생물 유래의 전분으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 다당류, 및 키토산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1 또는 2 이상의 단입자화된 바이오폴리머를 포함하고, 상기 단입자의 평균 입자 직경이 에멀젼 형성시에 8㎚ 내지 500㎚, 분산제 조정시에 분산액중의 농도 범위 0.04 내지 20wt%에 있어서 50㎚ 내지 800㎚인 것을 특징으로 하는 유화 분산제.
- 제 9 항에 따른 유화 분산제를 이용한 유화 분산 방법에 있어서, 피유화 유성 성분과 상기 유화 분산제의 비를 50 내지 2000으로 하여 접촉, 혼화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유화 분산 방법.
- 자발적으로 폐쇄 소포체를 형성하는 양친매성 물질에 의해 폐쇄 소포체를 형성하는 공정 또는 미생물 생산에 의한 다당류, 인지질, 폴리에스터류 및 생물 유래의 전분으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 다당류, 및 키토산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1 또는 2 이상의 바이오폴리머를 단입자화시키는 공정과, 폐쇄 소포체 또는 단입자화된 양친매성 물질을 소정 온도 이하의 물에 적하하여 미세화하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유화 분산제의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 내지 제 6 항 및 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유화 분산제와 피유화 유성 성분을 접촉 혼화시켜 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유화물.
- 자발적으로 폐쇄 소포체를 형성하는 양친매성 물질을 1 내지 5wt%가 되도록 분산시킨 분산액을 형성하는 동시에 상기 폐쇄 소포체의 평균 입자 직경을 200㎚ 내지 800㎚로 조정하는 제 1 공정과, 상기 제 1 공정에서 수득된 폐쇄 소포체를 경유 또는 중유에 부착시키고 에멀젼 형성시에 상기 폐쇄 소포체의 평균 입자 직경을 8㎚ 내지 500㎚로 하는 제 2 공정에 의해 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀젼 연료.

- 자발적으로 폐쇄 소포체를 형성하는 양친매성 물질을 5 내지 20wt%가 되도록 분산시킨 분산액을 형성하는 동시에 상기 폐쇄 소포체의 평균 입자 직경을 200㎚ 내지 800㎚로 조정하는 제 1 공정과, 상기 제 1 공정에서 수득된 폐쇄 소포체를 점도 조정된 중질유에 부착시키고 에멀젼 형성시에 상기 폐쇄 소포체의 평균 입자 직경을 8㎚ 내지 500㎚로 하는 제 2 공정에 의해 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀젼 연료.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 양친매성 물질 0.1 내지 4.5wt%, 상기 연료 5 내지 60wt%, 물 밸런스로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀젼 연료.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 양친매성 물질 0.3 내지 9wt%, 상기 점도 조정된 중질유 10 내지 80wt%, 물 밸런스로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에멀젼 연료.
