Claims (4)
- 방전용 가스가 충전된 유전체 재료로 이루어지는 방전 용기의 외면에 한쪽의 방전용 전극이 배치되고 다른쪽의 방전용 전극이 방전 용기의 내부에 배치된 엑시머 램프와, 이 엑시머 램프의 양 전극 사이에 엑시머 방전용 전력을 공급하는 엑시머 발광용 전원과, 상기 한쪽 또는 다른쪽의 방전용 전극의 양단에 전기적으로 접속된 히터용 전원과, 이 엑시머 발광용 전원 및 히터용 전원에 대한 제어부로 이루어지는 엑시머 램프 발광 장치로서,상기 제어부는, 상기 히터 전원에 의해 상기 방전 용기를 소정 온도까지 승온시키는 것과, 상기 엑시머 발광용 전원에 의해 엑시머 발광시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 엑시머 램프 발광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소정 온도는, 상기 방전 용기를 구성하는 유전체 재료에서 100℃∼300℃의 범위 내의 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 엑시머 램프 발광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소정 온도는, 상기 엑시머 발광용 전원에 의해 상기 엑시머 램프의 발광을 계속시켰을 때에 최종적으로 귀착되는 온도로서의 평형 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 엑시머 램프 발광 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 소정 온도는, 상기 평형 온도의 ±40℃의 범위의 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 엑시머 램프 발광 장치.
