5~50㎜ 크기로 절단된 생옻나무 1㎏에 대하여 물 6~10ℓ를 증류탱크에 넣어 교반익으로 섞어주는 상태에서 150~300℃로 가열하는 증류공정; 상기 증류공정에서 얻은 물을 여과기로 공급하여 불순물을 제거하는 여과공정;으로 이루어진 것에 있어서, 1.5~2.5기압의 고압산소가 증류탱크에 공급되어 생옻나무가 가압되는 상태에서 상기 증류공정이 이루어지고, 상기 증류공정에서 발생된 증기는 냉각기를 통해 3~5ℓ추출해내며, 상기 증류탱크에 남은 물만을 4.5~5기압의 산소와 함께 정제탱크 내에 고압으로 분사하는 정제공정을 더 거친후 여과공정이 이루어지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 알러지 유발성분이 제거된 옻물 제조방법.Distillation step of heating to 150 ~ 300 ℃ in the state of mixing 6 ~ 10L of water into a distillation tank for mixing 1 kg of lacquer wood cut into 5 ~ 50㎜ size with a stirring blade; A filtration step of removing impurities by supplying water obtained in the distillation step with a filter; wherein the distillation step is performed while a high pressure oxygen of 1.5 to 2.5 atm is supplied to the distillation tank to pressurize the live lacquer.
