실험예 2 : 배추좀나방 약효 시험결과Experimental Example 2: Chinese cabbage moth drug efficacy test results

지름이 5 cm인 양배추잎을 준비된 약액에 30 초간 담구었다가 꺼내어 후드내에서 음건시킨 후 배추좀나방(DBM; Diamond-back moth, plutella xylostella)의 3령 유충을 20 마리씩 접종하여 24 시간과 48 시간 경과후에 각각 살충율을 검정하여 다음 표 3에 나타내었다. Soak cabbage leaves of 5 cm in diameter for 30 seconds in the prepared solution, dry them in a hood, and inoculate 20 3 larvae of Chinese cabbage moth (DBM; Diamond-back moth, plutella xylostella) each for 24 hours and 48 hours. After the passage of time, the insecticidal rate was assayed and shown in Table 3 below.

Claims (7)
