Claims (2)
- 컨베어벨트(3)에 폭 방향으로 홈(5)을 소정 간격으로 그루빙하기 위한 컨베어벨트 그루빙 머시인(4)을 구성함에 있어서;상기 그루빙 머시인(4)은 Y축 방향으로 전후 피딩로울러(1,2)가 설치되고, 좌우 베이스프레임(7)에 설치되는 제1랙기어(8)와, 상기 제1랙기어(8)에 기어물림되는 제1피니언기어(9)가 축설치된 제1정역모터(10)를 고정한 제1왕복대(11)와,상기 좌우 베이스프레임(7) 상부에 설치된 제1가이드레일(12)과, 상기 제1가이드레일(12)을 따라 슬라이드 안내되는 제1왕복대(11) 대응부의 가이더(13)와,상기 제1왕복대(11)에 X축 방향으로 설치되는 상하 제2가이드레일(14)과, 상기 제2가이드레일(14) 상간에 설치된 제2랙기어(15)와, 상기 제2랙기어(15)에 기어물림되는 제2피니언기어(16)가 축설치된 제2정역모터(17)를 고정한 제2왕복대(18)와,상기 제2왕복대(18)에 설치되는 제3정역모터(20)에 축설치되는 리드스크류(21)와, 상기 리드스크류(21)와 나사결합되는 이송너트(24)가 설치되어 제2왕복대(18)에 설치된 제3가이드레일(22)을 따라 Z축 방향으로 승강 안내되는 슬라이더(23)와,상기 슬라이더(23)에 축(26) 설치되는 커터회전판(25)과, 상기 커터회전판(25)을 원호형으로 각도조절하기 위해 슬라이더(23)에 설치된 제4정역모터(27)의 원동축(28)상에 축고정된 제1스퍼어기어(29)와 기어물림되도록 축(26)고정되는 제2 스퍼어기어(30)와,상기 커터회전판(25)에 커터고정지그(31)로 고정되는 하나 이상의 커터(19)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨베어벨트 그루빙 머시인.
- 제1항에 있어서;상기 커터(19)에 설치되며 전원공급체(32)와 전기적으로 연결되어 커터(19)를 가온하도록 구성된 히터(33)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨베어벨트 구루빙 머시인.
