- 절삭유와 압축공기를 혼합시켜 무화된 절삭유를 분사하는 절삭유 분사장치에 있어서,상기 절삭유가 공급되는 오일공급라인(310)과 상기 압축공기가 공급되는 공기공급라인(320)은 각각 별도의 솔레노이드밸브에 의해 개폐되도록 구성되고,전원이 차단되거나 외부로부터 차단신호가 인가되었을 때, 상기 오일공급라인(310)이 폐쇄되고 사전에 설정된 지연시간(Delay time)이 경과된 후 상기 공기공급라인(320)이 폐쇄되도록, 각 솔레노이드밸브를 동작시키는 제어부(500)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 분사장치.
- 절삭유가 공급되는 오일공급라인(310)을 개폐시키는 오일개폐부(410); 및압축공기가 공급되는 공기공급라인(320)을 개폐시키는 공기개폐부(420);를 포함하며,전원이 차단되거나 차단신호가 인가되었을 때, 상기 오일개폐부(410)는 상기 오일공급라인(310)을 폐쇄시키고, 상기 공기개폐부(420)는 사전에 설정된 지연시간(Delay time)이 경과된 후 상기 공기공급라인(320)을 차단하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 분사장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,외부로부터 신호를 전달받아 상기 오일개폐부(410)와 공기개폐부(420)를 동작시키는 제어부(500)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 분사장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제어부(500)는,전원이 차단되거나 차단신호가 인가되었을 때, 상기 오일공급라인(310)이 폐쇄되도록 상기 오일개폐부(410)를 동작시키고, 사전에 설정된 지연시간(Delay time)이 경과된 후 상기 공기공급라인(320)이 폐쇄되도록 상기 공기개폐부(420)를 동작시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 분사장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제어부(500)에 신호를 입력하기 위한 조작패널(510)을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 분사장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 오일개폐부(410)와 상기 공기개폐부(420) 중 적어도 어느 하나는 솔레노이드밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 분사장치.
- 제3항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 오일공급라인(310)과 연통되는 오일분사유로(612)와, 상기 공기공급라인(320)과 연통되는 공기분사유로(614)가 내부에 형성되는 분사노즐(610)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 분사장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 분사노즐(610)은 상기 절삭유와 상기 압축공기를 혼합시킴으로써, 상기 절삭유가 무화상태로 분사되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 분사장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 공기분사유로(614)는 상기 오일분사유로(612)의 중심축을 중심으로 상기 오일분사유로(612)를 둘러싸도록 둘 이상 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 분사장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 오일분사유로(612)와 상기 공기분사유로(614)는, 오일분사 방향과 공기분사 방향이 교차하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 분사장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 공기분사유로(614)는 출구측 끝단이 상기 오일분사유로(612)의 중심축을 향해 절곡되거나 만곡된 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절삭유 분사장치.
