Claims (10)
- 제 1 방향으로 화상을 구현하는 제 1 발광면, 및상기 제 1 발광면과 다른 제 2 방향으로 화상을 구현하고, 발광영역과 비발광영역을 포함하는 제 2 발광면을 포함하고,내부에 상기 제 1 방향으로 발광하는 제 1 발광소자와 상기 제 2 방향으로 발광하는 제 2 발광소자를 포함하는 표시패널; 및상기 표시패널상의 상기 발광영역에 구비되어, 상기 발광영역의 광을 선택적으로 차단하는 투광차단장치;를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 표시패널의 비발광영역은 상기 제 2 방향으로 발광을 차단하는 광차단막을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 광차단막은 액정으로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 표시패널의 비발광영역은 상기 제 1 방향으로 발광하는 제 1 발광소자만을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 발광소자 및 제 2 발광소자는 유기발광소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 발광소자는 기판 상에 형성된 반사성도전층을 갖는 제 1 하부전극과, 상기 제1 하부전극 상에 형성된 제 1 발광층과, 상기 제 1 발광층상에 형성된 제1 상부전극을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 발광소자는 기판 상에 형성된 제 2 하부전극과, 상기 제 2 하부전극 상에 형성된 상기 제 2 발광층과, 상기 제 2 발광층 상에 형성된 제 2 상부전극과, 상기 제2 상부전극 상에 형성되며 적어도 상기 제2 발광층을 덮는 상부보조전극층을 포함하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제 1 발광소자 및 제2 발광소자는 전원선(ELVdd) 및 주사선(Sn)을 공유하며, 각각의 발광소자에는 각각 다른 데이터선이 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 투광차단장치는 전기적 신호에 따라 광투과가 선택되는 액정층(Liquid Crystal Layer), 전자종이(E-paper), 및 일렉트로크로믹층(Electrochromic Layer)으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 하나를 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 투광차단장치는상기 투명 양면 발광 패널의 일면에 접촉하는 제1 편광부재;상기 제1 편광부재에 접촉되는 제1 기판;상기 제1 기판에 접촉되는 제1 투명전극;상기 제1 투명전극에 접촉되는 액정층;상기 액정층에 접촉되는 제2 투명전극;상기 제2 투명전극에 접촉되는 제2 기판; 및상기 제2 기판 하면에 접촉되는 제2 편광부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
